Alkair Travel has been amazing from start to finish in my Umrah journey. I was very nervous as I was traveling to umrah with a 7 month old baby, but Mehtab made sure he built the perfect package for me and it was amazing from start to finish. I will certainly be using them again! Alhamdulillah

Ayesha Khan dealt with my query when I contacted Al Khair Travel for a quote. She was very polite and helpful and did a great job of finding great packages for us. She was quick in her response and was always taking into account my wishes and tried to accommodate everything I requested, in a prompt and timely manner, always respectful and helpful. Thank you sister Ayesha for all your help with everything and for providing such great customer service and care.

I wish I had seen the 1 star reviews before I went to this Company. The reviews are exactly the experience I had. Pathetic unresponsive and sub standard customer service. Flights got cancelled nobody informed me I had to chase visa I had to chase hotel bookings transportation yes you guessed it - I had to chase them. They were good at using AI to send perfectly worded apologies. The agents had no self-respect and shameless behaviour as they kept lieing about each and every aspect of booking from start to finish. Avoid at all cost to save headache. The only goid thing was whatever they booked was genuine but I had doubts about everything. I had the worst experience using this company. I would never use them and want to warn others. My sister went with another agent who took care of everything unlike these guys. You are in the wrong business as thus is a noble and the most sacred journey anyone would take and you ruin it from the out set.

​I recently booked a 14-night Umrah package (August 29 to September 12) through Alkhair Travel, staying at the Swissôtel Makkah and the Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah. Overall, the package offered great value, especially considering it included premium accommodations with breakfast, flights, visa, and transfers.
​The Positives:
​Premium Accommodations: Spending a total of 14 nights at these high-quality, centrally located hotels provided a highly comfortable foundation for the trip.
​Booking Resolution: There were some initial teething problems with the airline booking. However, after some to-and-fro with the agency, the issues were successfully resolved.
​Areas for Improvement:
​Ground Transport Communication: Although we provided all necessary details to the company well in advance, that information clearly wasn't passed down to the drivers. The drivers repeatedly asked us for the same details, highlighting a noticeable lack of internal communication.
​Ziyarat Quality: The included Ziyarat tours in Makkah and Madinah felt a bit amateurish. They lacked the professional organization and depth you might expect from a comprehensive package.
​Despite the somewhat disjointed ground operations and tours, the core elements of the trip—the flights and the superb hotel accommodations—were delivered exactly as promised. I would recommend Alkhair Travel based on the overall value, as long as you are prepared to manage a few communication gaps with the drivers on the ground.

Fantastic service from these guys. So to be clear, I haven't traveled with these guys yet, due to my work leave and other commitments, but will be contacting them when the time for me to travel comes.

I have a unique set of requirements due to health. Plus I have a hearing difficulty and this means contact for me is via written form, text or email. These guys were accommodating to this. Now while it is a known thing with most organisations in the UK, I have come to known that every Umrah/Hajj place I have contacted, even booking tickets for Pakistan, the people running the place want a quick call or face to face chat. They will not accommodate the hearing issues and do not often reply to their online contact forms or emails.

Brother Zain was fantastic. I contacted them via the website, then moved to text chat via WhatsApp. He took my concerns and scheduling, and came up with a package exactly how I wanted. As mentioned, unfortunately I couldn't travel for the dates, and will now be looking at going next year. But the whole service was fantastic and I cannot fault or complain.
