The team at AACC has been super speedy in their responses and answering my concerns about shipping times. They were also very helpful in creating the proof artwork.

First off was the customer service. They actually answer the phone when you call them! It was nice getting to talk to a designer, ask questions, and get feedback on options and stuff. They guided me and helped me make choices that would make our coin turn out incredible! I am very pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were patient and extremely eager to help. I got 7 proofs from them and all were great.

Great responsive service with quick communication and flexibility

The experience was fun and ended up doing a second coin as a gift. Ask the art team to use some artistic liberty if you are undecided on your design. They are very proficient in what they do.

The All About Challenge Coins team from design to customer support was fantastic. The product we received was exactly how we pictured it. We ordered a second batch shortly after.

This will be my 15th or 16th coin from AACs. Always quality work. However, the quote should include ALL costs, fees and tax. It causes many problems when it doesn't.
