Will Not Replace Defective Order

I purchased two pair of underwear from All Citizens. When I opened them, one of the pair was defective. No way to know it was defective until I opened the package and tried it on. All Citizens refuses to replace or refund the order since it was opened and tried on. Catch 22. I will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered the 3-pack received only 2.

I ordered the 3-pack of Luxe Paradise Pocket Boxer Briefs. The order was split into 3 deliveries (don't know why). I received one boxer brief and 4 days later received the second boxer brief and I NEVER received the third boxer brief. The briefs are very comfortable but the customer service is poor.

Extremely Variable Fit

Bought a pair of Elite II boxers which fitted great and were really comfortable so ordered another three pairs all in the same size as the original pair (M). The three new pairs however do not fit so well - the laser cut power grip that stops ride up and is supposed to be a snug fit around your thighs is way looser than the original pair (19.5" circumference compared to 18" on the first pair) so ride up isn't prevented suggesting the wrong grip band had been used. This variability in the manufacture of relatively expensive pants is unacceptable (especially given the returns policy for second and subsequent pairs of the same style) and when I put a review similar to this one on the All Citizens website they deleted it!!!

No updates, no shipment

Ordered two t shirts. Never received a confirmation e-mail, but the order showed up when I accessed their website. After three weeks of waiting I chatted with their AI and told them I needed to cancel. AI said it couldn't do that. Avoid these turkeys

Stole $55 dollars

Why did I only receive a refund of $6.89? I sent back two unopened underwear with the same label. Provide photo proof. I should have a full refund minus the $5 restocking fee for the 2nd pair. This whole process has been shit. Tell me why I shouldn’t blast you guys on on trust pilot and everywhere else? Fix this now please. Should be about $55 on total. Not $6.89

Finally a boxer that doesn't ride up!

These guys make the best boxer briefs. Specifically the Elite Air II Boxer Brief -- it (along with other models) has a layer of silicone grippers at the bottom. If you have more muscular or larger thighs than typical for your waist size, like me, then they'll be happy to know these boxers do not ride up. Many companies claim this, I've tried most of them, but only All Citizens pulls it off.

Fantastic product

Fantastic product, and responsive customer service. The Elite II are easily the best boxers I've ever worn. It may take a bit to get used to the grip on the thighs that keep them from riding up but they're all I wear now.

I bought a shirt under their 'first


I bought a shirt under their 'first item guarantee return' policy and then it arrived with threads coming out/seam coming apart. I contacted the company via email since that is the only option. I received a message saying I would hear back in 1-2 days. Then I got an automated message from AI. Basically it took 2 weeks of me emailing with artificial intelligence to then get an email from a person, who then stopped responding. I emailed AGAIN, and heard from another human who then told me she would make an exception for the defective item by offering an exchange for underwear where I pay a FEE AND RETURN SHIPPING! Apparently, the shirt did not fall under their one item return policy, and even though it was defective it's my problem to deal with. Don't waste your money here.

Initial poor experience but made up for it.

I placed an order on 16 November and hadn't received anything by late December. I was not kept up to date and had problems communicating with the company. Initially, I'd have awarded a one-star review. However, once we did make contact, I found the company helpful and they offered me several options. In the end, I decided to just get my money back and this was processed quickly. Overall, my opinion has now changed and I'm not put off the idea of ordering again in the future.

Hi Steve, as stated on our website on the product page and the cart page, some of the items in your order were on pre order and will be shipped out in the date mentioned on the website. We try to be as upfront about pre orders as possible and place the notice in multiple places on our website so that it can't be missed. I'd love to learn from you where else we can place the pre order notice so that future customers won't miss it.

Additionally, I see that our team processed a full refund for your pre order. Sorry for the delayed response - we were a bit backed up because of the influx of customer queries from the holidays but we are back on track to responding within 24 hours.

I did not receive package, but resolved after time

Though I did not receive my packages and had to wait 4 weeks before I could receive a new one, I finally did receive a new package and could finally enjoy the new gear. I almost gave up hope, but happy you guys came through.

Hi Zakaria, thank you for your order and sorry that the local courier (PostNL) lost your package. I see that our team sent a replacement package so I hope PostNL doesn't lose this one too.

Additionally, I am sorry for the delayed response - we were a bit backed up because of the influx of customer queries from the holidays but we are back on track to responding within 24 hours. In full transparency, customer queries are answered based on which tickets are the oldest, so sending an email every other day bumped your ticket to be the newest, and therefore was attended to later. We've tried working with our email provider but they are not able to change this setting, so sorry again for the delayed response.

I hope you enjoy your new products, and sorry again for the PostNL courier losing your package.

Unfortunately, returns with multiple units of the same product have return deductions - the reason for this is because we made the conscious decision to lower our prices and then ask first time customers to just order 1 item first to see if they like the product before ordering more. This way, we have fewer returns to process, which means lower costs for us, which means lower prices for all customers. This is different than most other brands in that they offer "free returns" on all products and then increase their product prices to offset those "free returns" (that's how you end up with $30 or more for a pair of premium underwear compared to our almost half the price), so you're just paying for everyone else's returns in a less direct way. Our assumption is that customer care more about lower prices than the ability to process a ton of returns and pay for other customers excessive returns.

Product is garbage

Product is garbage, who wants a band of rubber around their upper thighs on a hot day? The company is also garbage, denied my attempts to return this crap, stay away
Why bother replying to my review with a bunch of BS? You guys suck and I’d advise anyone to not buy anything, waste of money

BEWARE

Great looking clothes at reasonable price . I placed an order with them 4 weeks ago still not been delivered. I have tried numerous times to contact them via email to no avail.
Will be contacting my credit card company as I think this is a scam site
I would not buy from this company

Finally company got in touch and sent the order. Defo not worth the money Crossfly underwear is by far superior.
