purchased products from AllDeals.com with promised rebates totaling $428.11, but I never received them. I have spoken to online customer service over 100 times with no resolution and there is no phone number to call. It feels like the company is playing games instead of honoring their promises.

They still owe me $250 that they’re refusing to pay me and nobody from their company is answering me they all just block me. This is insane. Seth Hurd you’re a scammer…

I am apart of a few sites like this. Customer service is A1. Straightforward process.

Idk how there are so many 5 star reviews. They constantly change prices / rebate amounts. Take lots of screenshots!! I loved their old website Elite Rebate but All Deals is so frustrating. They take over 3-4 weeks to payout and sometimes it’s stuck in pending. Whenever I’ve messaged CSR it takes at least 2 days for a response. They really push their “communities” page to but I don’t want to have to go through a million other people’s posts to maybe find the answer to my question. They never say when exactly items are released now. I only order from All Deals when we need that item

They are easy to get in touch with, they reply quickly and try to resolve ASAP.

This company is a SCAM.
I purchased several items through Amazon via Alldeals.com, fully expecting to be refunded as promised. They clearly state refunds are issued within 25 days, and at first, things seemed legitimate — I saw the money appear in my Alldeals wallet, so I assumed it was safe to withdraw later.

But that changed. I encountered an issue with a seller and was refunded through Amazon. Because of that, I couldn’t complete the post-delivery audit required by Alldeals. Instead of offering support, Alldeals suspended my account, even though I clearly explained the situation. Later, they revoked all the funds from my wallet — including Deal Coins from other completed and verified deals that should have already been paid out.

I contacted customer service multiple times — no help. I even messaged their Facebook page, and they blocked me. I’m not alone; others have had nearly identical experiences.

Here’s the worst part:
Alldeals claims they’re working with brands to reimburse users, but in cases like mine (and many others), they keep the money and blame the user for violating vague or arbitrarily enforced rules — even if all requirements were met.

If this happens to you:
📌 Report Alldeals to the brands company website / message seller
📌 Leave feedback on their Amazon seller pages
📌 File complaints with the FTC and the Florida Attorney General’s Office

Enough reports can trigger investigations, fines, or shutdowns. Don’t let them keep getting away with this.

After many years ordering with them, helping fill orders, I had one audit order that I DID answer to, and they cancelled all my payments without one single notice, leaving me with more than $100 loss!!
I ordered supplements just to help them and now I am the one paying the price! Lost more than $100!!!! I work hard to pay my bills, and now I am at lost! DO NOT TRUST this!! They do not care about loyalty, and they will not pay you!!

They are trustworthy and expedient. Customer service is prompt and efficient. Their website is straight forward with instructions and when I hit a couple of hiccups, customer service walked me through resolving it.

This is the best rebate place to shop online! I shop daily and have saved literal thousands on quality and useful products. You only have to pay pennies on the dollar + tax but using an Amazon cc store card accumulates enough points that I get completely free products weekly. Recommend you check it out!

I've been using this page for a long time before it was much yet. In fact, it used to just be on social media, I believe. Anyhow, I've done many similar sights. And over time, each other the other one has deteriorated. This one has gotten better or stayed kind of consistent. The thing that makes this one stand out is actually the customer service. They will answer you within 24 hours, and they actually give you a real answer or try to help you out. It's definitely not a bot. There are even chats with people helping each other to troubleshoot.

I've done their rebates for years. You can get great deals on some of the items they offer. Sometimes for free. The rebates I've received have been timely. It takes a little while to get the hang of how it all works but once you've got it down, it is easy and not too cumbersome.

Sometimes there's issue but I have yet to have one that wasn't fixed by their great support team. At times it is slow, but that is expected with such a large customer base.

All deals has been wonderful for myself and my family over the years . I love giving gifts for no reason to family and friends and this makes it possible. Little to no money needed for amazing products. I have saved so much money and my family and friends love getting these great products.

I have been with All Deals since its inception and for several years before when they went by Elite Rebate. I always get paid on time, and the support staff always answers when I have an issue that I need help with. All Deals is one of, if not my favorite, deals sites.

I have been making purchases through All Deals for several years now and I’m absolutely pleased with the way they operate. Claiming a deal, approvals, and receiving payments are quick. Customer Service is awesome and they quickly respond with a cherry attitude and are quite helpful.In fact, their payouts are one of the fastest I’ve ever seen from a rebate site.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to try new products anywhere from free or with a significant discount, you absolutely need to try All Deals! I’m almost hasn’t meant to share this because I don’t want to miss out on great deals with everyone else coming on board, but they’re awesome and everyone should know about them.

So far this site is pretty legit as I just received my refund in the acquired time after the error they had with the site which lasted for the few months. Glad that they fixed it and I will definitely will keep them in my radar for trying interesting products.
