The service department was great in working through a discontinued product and a feasible alternative for my need. The shipping process was good with frequent updates from the Royal Mail.

Specilaists in producing marine hardware such as blocks, cleats, deck fittings, masts, booms and a variety of other yacht and dinghy fittings. Many of the products produced by Allen Brothers are used by world class boat builders and sailors on high performance racing boats. Sailing Blocks: Allen's core range of blocks are available in 20 to 60mm sheave sizes and feature Allen dynamic bearing technology. Twin rows of stainless steel ball bearings running on a stainless steel axle. The result is minimal friction and a long lasting high performance product. Sailing Cleats: Inventors of the origional aluminium cam cleat. The things I ordered were great
The things I ordered were great, and delivered quickly. However, as you sent them Royal Mail signed for, I didn't actually get them until several days after they should have arrived as I wasn't in to sign for them and our postperson comes at different times each day

Good service
Great service with fast delivery.
I've marked down as my payment failed to go through at first, but the onscreen message wan't clear. I left the website but after not recieving an email order confirmation, went back the following day and noticed the payment status.
It looked to be the payment gateway / service on the web site that was a little antiquated.
No issue though and will definetely use again.

Let down by their carriers (Royal Mail) The items are fine, good price, easy to source on the website. But a small value package had a £5 carriage charge - which I can accept as pretty much ok, but not when it takes 7 days to arrive. Sorry guys but give your carriers a kicking.
