Despite repeated notifications from me they went ahead and sent me a -$50 package of nasal spray that I can’t use. Didn’t even open it. Will send back if possible. UNOPENED! Extremely limited to no contact info available on their website. Unacceptable for a medical provider! Now I’m in the position of having to dispute CC charges! It shouldn’t be this difficult to terminate a 1st time medical relationship!

My card was charged on 4/5 and still no product! I emailed asking to speak with someone but no response. Terrible customer service!!

I ordered a sample and they started charging me full price for a product that doesn't work at all.

Ordered the 5-day sample. It never arrived. I received an email stating my next order would be processed soon, I immediately emailed them and informed them I wanted to try the product before I decide if I stay on the subscription, but the trial package had not arrived. They said to go ask neighbors if it maybe was delivered to the wrong house - then the next day they charged me and shipped the new order even though they knew I didn't receive the 5-day trial. DECEPTIVE! On top of that, even though I have proof in email with timestamp that I informed them of the 5-day trial not arriving prior to the new order being shipped, they are giving me the standard 'you signed up for a subscription that is not refundable if you didn't cancel within 5 days of the sample being delivered.' & the kicker tried to convince me 'its illegal for us to give you a refund once we ship your meds'. Yeah, well I never received the 5-day trial which the 30-day subscription was contingent on, so we have no contract, and you were informed of that, and still didn't want to help fix the situation. So for $45 you made sure I will never shop with you again and will strongly advocate against anyone else doing business with shady company like you. PayPal refunded me the $45 within 10 minutes of me forwarding the email documentation with dates/times - so what did you really accomplish?

The company should give the money back to clients or caused harm to instead of helping

I tried Allermi’s 5-day sample (paid $4.90 shipping charge), but it didn’t work for me and actually worsened my condition. The price is also very high.

And then even though I notified them to cancel before shipping, they shipped the product anyway and charged $49.90. Now I’m left with a $49.90 medication that I won’t use.

I used Allermi for almost two years, and it was one of the biggest wastes of money and health I’ve experienced. If you are considering this service, please read this first.
1. My Symptoms Got Worse, Not Better
Before Allermi, I had seasonal allergies. I would get 5–6 months of relief every year. Since the very first day I started using Allermi, my symptoms never went away. I haven’t had a single day of relief in two years. When I brought this up, their "doctors" just kept telling me to "keep using it" so it could become effective. It’s a circular trap to keep your subscription active.
2. "Personalized Doctors" are Just Scripts
Don't be fooled by the "medical" aspect. Every time I contacted them with concerns, I received the exact same predefined scripts. I even compared responses from different "doctors" on the platform—they were identical word-for-word. You aren't getting personalized medical care; you’re getting a customer service rep copying and pasting a template.
3. Review Manipulation
If you’re wondering why they have so many 5-star reviews, it’s because they buy them. I have received numerous emails offering discounts on my next order in exchange for a 5-star review. This is how they build a fake reputation while silencing customers who are actually struggling.
4. Overpriced OTC Ingredients
They charge $40 for a tiny bottle of spray that performs exactly like an $8 bottle of Afrin or other OTC sprays. They use "rebound congestion" as a scare tactic to keep you away from cheaper alternatives, yet I found their product caused more dependency and issues than anything else I’ve used.
Bottom Line: This is an overpriced, scripted subscription service that prioritizes your monthly payment over your health. Save your money, go to a real local allergist, and stick to the $8 pharmacy spray if you need to. Stay away.

Product works well, however it has a fairly short expiration date. I bring this up because Allermi ships using the slowest possible speed USPS offers and it takes over a week for the product to arrive. By the time it arrives, I have about 3 weeks until the “best by” date and even with automatic shipments, there are several days I ended up going without product due to the slow shipping speed. Last month, I asked that my shipment be cancelled (two days prior to it being shipped) and was told that pharmacy regulations prohibit this. This is simply not true and if it’s THEIR policy that’s fine, but say that. I am a pharmacist, and I’m fully aware that a pharmacy cannot take back medication that has been dispensed and sold/shipped to a customer, but again, I was requesting cancellation on 11/30. My order was not processed and shipped until 12/3 and as of today, still has not arrived. That’s 10 days from the time I was charged for the order itself.

Nasal sprays are fairly cheap to buy in store and this service is mostly one of convenience(less bottles, shipped to home), but nothing about the process is convenient. I’ve gone back to using two separate sprays and I don’t have to wait 10 days for them to arrive.

Price per month is good. clear nasal passages very quickly.

This product has transformed my quality of life. I suffer from severe, chronic allergies and used to grapple with intense sinus pressure and constant tension headaches every single day.

So far so good. Been taking my spray for about a month now. I had HORRID post nasal drip that could not be controlled for years via doctors. Everyone from my primary, to allergists to an ENT prescibed me crap. I had 4 bottles plus a powder I had to add to a saline rinse at one point. Everything in one bottle...all meds that combine to tackle my issues has alleviated all of my facial pressure and almost 100% of my post nasal drainage. The online process was easy and its way more affordable than individual bottles of all these meds as well as way easier to just take them at once.

Allermi has changed my life. I look forward to going to sleep because I can breathe easily! It's an amazing product! There is no rebound effect for me at all. I wish my mother had this product to use during her life. It would have given her so much relief.

This has been a game changer for me. Even when I have an allergy issue and rhinitis, I was able to prevent bronchitis and other issues. I love the salinity spray which I used often through this episode.
