After significant sales calls I purchased a Rockdoor and two frames for my porch. The first frame was damaged causing delay and issues for the building of the porch. The second frame was the wrong size and I was unable to delay the build further due to the various trades involved. The only advice from AGG was to use the damaged frame which I had to do in the end. My builders had to try and render around the damaged frame to hide the flaw. AGG took no responsibility, they refused to compensate and refund the frame that I still have which was too big. They informed that I had to speak to Rockdoor myself even though my contract is with them. I am still waiting for them to supply the appropriate contact details, they are now ignoring my messages.

asked a few companies for quotes settled with Safesure the receptionist of Allerton glass unknowingly to me has rung several times being nearly 78 and hard of hearing l thought it was safe sure l gave her details and said the day aafesure was coming oand she didn't correct me at any time
not impressed when l realised today it was Allerton Glass be wary she is very polite but no scruples.

Replacement windows to front and rear, new front door, and cladding between bay widows replaced and insulation installed. This is a first class company from start to finish from visting their showroom to the materials used in doors and window construction and their fitting. Fitters were great on time cleand up no mess and did a first class nice guys Calum and Mick.Thanks boys from Derek
