Item was as described, a good price and delivered on time

Unfortunately item was clearly damaged before being packed. Rod eyelets were bent and ceramic liner had been cracked out. Packaging was perfectly intact, this was obviously not inspected before being boxed up and sent out. Shame as the rest of the service was good.

No problems with this company placed an order got free delivery claimed to be 2 to 3 working days turned up early moron day 3 also the item was cheaper than anyone else top company

I ordered 2 spools of line and received them today no problem.

Been waiting 3 weeks for my landing net handle to arrive, tried emailing them but got no reply, tried contacting the courier got no joy.

I ordered a fly rod from Allforfishing.co.uk on the 14th June, meant to be 2-3 day delivery. I tried contacting the shop after 3 days as the rod had not arrived by phone several times and by many e-mail, no reply from the phone number on their website or from my e-mails. Eventually received an email blaming the courier. On the plus side, I received a full refund. Very disappointed with the lack of communications.
