Extremely Unprofessional Ruth had my referral letter since The 30th from my doctor and refused to help me or Book Me In for an appointment. I am reporting everything to The Medical Council of Ireland.. Ruthless and Evil.. She just kept arguing complete Nonsense.. Should you behave this way when people are sick!! Can't wait for Karma to catch you!!

Stay away from these incompetent lot. They want your money but won’t help in any professional manner and are completely incompetent

i’ve had severe back pain for over a month went in to get an MRI which my gp confirmed showed numerous bulging discs and a herniated disc yet when the report came back it was “normal” i can’t walk i can’t bend i can’t bloody stand or sit i’ve been bed bound for DAYS im in AGONY

I had a good experience overall with Alliance Medical — the staff were professional, and the service itself was excellent. However, the signage to find the location is very poor. There are no clear signs for Alliance Medical at the car park entrance, in the car park, outside the Laya building, or even inside. The only reference is a small mention in the address text message, which is easy to miss for patients visiting for the first time. Clearer and more visible signage would make a big difference for new visitors. I know from speaking to staff that they receive this feedback regularly.

My comments refer to an MRI. Good experience right through the process and good staff. But this organisation has a problem with their IT systems in terms of registering to see the images later. Basically it doesn't seem to work.

Scammers , referral with medical card. They asked for €310 payment for MRI as medical card no longer covers in , went to affidea and they covered it , Alliance medical liars.

Had a MRI done last week and my heart was honestly coming out of my throat with nerves. But from the minute I walked into Alliance I felt at complete ease. The two girls who took care of me had so much patience as they knew how nervous I was. I was in and out of MRI in 15 minutes. Thank you so much girls.

I had an MRI scan at this private clinic six days ago and I was advised I would be able to view the scan images approximately 10 to 12 hours after the scan. After four days I could still not view the images so I sent them an email advising advising them of this. I got an automatic reply. After a further two days, I still heard nothing so I decided to ring them today, 18th March 2025. I got to speak to one member of staff who kept cutting me off and not allowing me to finish what I was saying. I asked then to speak to a manager. She put me onto another girl who wasn't very helpful and said she would have to speak to someone else as there was nothing she could do. She said if I didn't change my tone she was going to end the call. I was shocked at her attitude and asked her if this conversation was being recorded as I wanted a copy of it to prove I wasn't been rude or in any way disrespectful. At this point she hung up on me. I will never use this clinic again and I would strongly advise anyone to seriously think twice before you do because they appear to be a mess in the background.

Had appointment there Monday 13 Jan 2025 my first time in upmc .checking in waiting only 10 mins the lovely lady who checked me in was very professional and was very helpful. Waiting for my procedure to be done only took another 20 mins.joy was the lady who done my test she was brilliant and very professional I was out well before my time I would highly recommend umpc to all who wants to be in and out in a very short time
