Check customer service was unhelpful. Wouldn’t answer yes or no questions. They referred to simple questions as medical questions. “do you sell…” questions were deemed medical questions.

Not helpful for what we needed
Unfortunatley, the machine was difficult to set up and does not calculate totals for dates or cumulative for the pay period.

It does what I need it to do!
Although I bought the time clock from Amazon, I bought the punch cards from AlliedTime. I wanted some extra cards and AlliedTime seemed to be the best value for money. I ordered them and received the package in a timely fashion.
I use my time clock as a way to keep track of my daily hours. I'm salaried so using a punch clock is not necessary; I just find it an easy way to keep track of the hours I work. It does exactly what I need it to do. AT-2700 model.

The representative I spoke to was excellent and we received our product within the timeframe we were told we would.
I had previously ordered our time clock need through Amazon but moving forward will go directly to Allied Time USA

Needed more of the same timecards and Amazon didn't have them this time so I went to your website, found them and was pleased that I didn't need to put my credit card info out there as you have the ability to let me pay thru Amazon... They came in a timely fashion and now I am good to go again for a few more years... Thank you
