Don’t ever go there they lure you in pit you and family members against each other and then claim you can leave anytime when in actuality you cannot leave because if you do AMA then your insurance won’t pay, they prescribe unnecessary drugs, they drug their new patients way beyond what’s needed and they charge way too much money for staying in an office building with beds, the staff were amazing I blame corporate assholes I could have been in the RITZ for what they charged my insurance

My experience here was great. From the beginning. The first phone call I was at my lowest, down and out. The staff made my trip smooth and easy. Helping me understand my financial commitments, the care I would receive and how to get back to my family. If it wasnt for All in Solutions I feel my life wouldn't be where it is today. The staff, the cleanliness, the food, clinical time, therapies I received, everything was exactly what they promised me. I had a hard time adjusting and the mentors helped me during some really tough times! Thank you from my family and I for everything you've done.

Pastor Dan, is a compassionate person who believes in helping people and meeting them where they are. This is not from experience with the facility, but if he is a part of All In Solutions, it has to be a "stand up" place. I speak from personal experience working alongside Daniel and witnessing his way with myself and others. Glad to know he is there and it would have to be a great team!

When I arrived, I was at my lowest and didn't believe I could face another detox. But the team here treated me with care and compassion I'd never felt before. They were supportive, constantly checked in, and the medical staff really knew their stuff. The environment was clean, the food was surprisingly good, and everything about the place felt built to genuinely help.

I've been to other programs before, but this one really stuck. The staff were kind but firm, and they actually listened. I felt like a person again, not just another patient. The sober living house was very comfortable and felt more like a home than I expected. And shoutout to the chef, the food was very good.

I can't say enough good things about the staff in Cherry Hill. From day one, I felt like I mattered. Shannon, Rashini, and Sabrina all played a huge part in helping me get to where I am now. I've made so many friends here and always felt comfortable. The housing was nice and well-run. Just an overall good vibe. I've learned tools here that I didn't even know I needed. I'm grateful for every single day I spent in this program.

This place was a godsend. I was nervous going into detox again, because I've had some bad experiences in the past. But All In Solutions was different. The nurses treated me with respect and kindness even when I was at my worst. The facility was clean and the food was actually pretty good. The whole staff made me feel safe while I was there. They helped get through the hardest days and made me believe I could really do this.

I came here not knowing what to expect. I had hit a really low point and honestly didn't think anything could help me but from the very beginning, I felt welcomed. The staff really care and they take the time to talk to you, not just throw a bunch of information at you. What helped me the most was the faith-based program. Pastor Dan made a huge impact on me. The housing was clean and the group sessions were powerful.

I WOULD NOT recommend this business. I did call to learn about it. Unannounced to me it popped up to the top of a search when I didn’t even search this place. Called it and realized an hour in it wasn’t who I Ment to call. I reached out in my own accord. Phillip helped me on my I initial call and walked me through what the process is. Also keep in mind they say “ everything is confidential” I didn’t answer Phillip’s follow up calls because I am not in their program and don’t have to. They went ahead and called my “emergency” contact I gave them had I put myself into this place, my father who knows nothing of anything that is going on. Emailed him an “acceptance” letter to the program ( I had not committed to) I called to see why they felt the need to reach out to my emergency contact and I talked to Chris Burton the director of admissions to see why they would call my emergency contact, he was very aggressive and combative and didn’t see what the problem was. (Everything is confidential - they say) And said it doesn’t look like I am okay after I told him not to contact my father ever and I have got help. But based on what he saw from the notes with Phillip I am not okay .from what I can gather Phillip indicated the call to my father and Chris backed it up. THIS IS THE REASON people stray away from getting help. You are pushing people away with your aggressive tactics, I hope someone above Phillip and Chris Burton see this. This is what your people are doing. You arnt at all helping people. You are hurting them further. Not to mention, What would and how would they treat me if I had been in program. I dont trust a word they say or that they really want to help. Keep this in mind

Was sent to All In after rehab at Avenues Recovery. I had told Avenues that I would go to PHP and IOP after rehab, however they would have to take VA as insurance as I quit my job to leave New Orleans prior to treatment, that’s a whole other issue. After being at All In for over a month, I was pulled into one of the offices and asked how I was going to pay my bill as they don’t take VA. After some discussion they agreed to take me to the VA in Philly to find a center that accepted VA as insurance. While with a case worker at the VA, they found me a spot, however it would be about a week until I could go. The VA contacted All In Solutions to verify this would be acceptable and they agreed to allow me to stay there for the week. The next day, I was instructed by All In staff to pack my things as I would be leaving that day. Thinking nothing about it, as I assumed (like an idiot) that these people had my best interests in mind, I complied. Loaded all of my things into their van and we headed off. It wasn’t until we got to Philly that I realized the plan we had made changed. I was dropped off at Fresh Start, a homeless shelter for Veterans, in Kensington. If you anything about Philly, Kensington is NOT a good part. By dropped off, I’m referring to literally dumped out of a van. I barely had time to get my things before the driver sped off. So, the plan that was made for me to be able to wait for a bed at an actual treatment facility was throw out of the window. The staff running this program lied to the VA representative, I’m assuming to get him off of the phone.

I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this rehabilitation/aftercare facility to ANYONE. If this is how they are willing to treat someone who fought for their country in two concurrent wars, imagine how they will treat someone who is just trying to get their life together and their insurance simply lapsed.
For the most part, the staff is caring and helpful. However, as life goes, it only takes a few bad eggs to ruin the lot.
Please, find a different company or to send yourself or loved one to. Find a place that has compassion and their health/treatment in mind. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This place should be ashamed of themselves!

Great products friendle staff. Accessible and all inclusive.

I felt very Blessed to have gone through AIS. I enjoyed my stay at because the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable, everyone was very 12 step informed and they gave me all the encouragement I needed to move forward in my new found recovery. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I would like to recognize Chelsea Partin, a drug rehab counselor at solutions. She has helped me immensely on my road to recovery. She really listens to her clients and responds effectively to their needs. I don't think I would be doing so well without her. What a wonderful counselor. Thank you Chelsea!

This place has such a professional, and caring staff. They really go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable through such an important step in changing their lives. I would highly recommend All In Solutions to any friend, family member, or individual seeking addiction treatment!!
