Rob came to fix a couple of issues. He was polite and professional and all issues were resolved to a high standard.

Really happy with the aftercare we’ve received with Allison Homes. Kevin and Rob have been great at sorting out any remaining snags.

Moved in December, had a few little things needing to be done around the house. Contacted Alison Homes and spoke to Jo who was great in sorting these out. Rob was a star who went above and beyond helping sort these issues out. Many thanks for the great customer service!

From the sales process to the after-care (or lack of) this company is the absolute worst.

I have posted previously of my horrific experience during the sales process, but I’m now posting again as it turns out that they can change your building plans without actually telling you!

I took a picture of my house plan during the sales process, and there should’ve been two TRV’s in the master bedroom. Allison Homes now deny this is the case and an error has occurred on the heating drawing. I’ve been fed all sorts of lies but “customer care” and the MD of the company has been copied in and does not care either.

It turns out what I was shown before I purchased the house was wrong and Allison Home supposedly have the right to change the layout of a house without telling you.

I’m now in the process of speaking to my solicitor, and warranty company. I have clear evidence they have not built what they promised.

Don’t fall for their lies! Horrific company - avoid them and do not purchase from them.

From reservation to completion everything went smoothly. Mallory & Sam in the office were so helpful, Mallory with reservation & Sam with home demo & key release etc. Since moving in i’ve had minimal snags & anything i have had has been sorted straight away or within the week. Overall very happy with my experience.

We have had the worst experience with Tudor Reach Kirton Lindsey. I cannot express how disheartened and upset we are and it is still ongoing. The communication is horrendous and the lies are just ongoing. So many things have gone wrong with this move, with our house being significantly delayed to them not even putting our extra choices through therefore all the wrong things were ordered.

We have still not moved in despite being told September, then November the very latest to now December 16th with our house looking nowhere near ready. I have made a formal complaint and will be taking this further should I not get the answers we have been promised on numerous occasions.

Tonight I am left feeling worse than ever with no guarantee our home will even be ready to the standard it should be. We have two young children and we continue to live a nightmare with no end in sight at present.

All we constantly get is false promises and apologies. It’s beyond unacceptable now.

DO NOT go near this company - Kirton Lindsey Tudor Reach site.

Terrible experience from the very beginning. Unacceptable delays, incredibly poor communication from staff with a lack of honesty and professionalism, a complete lack of urgency and £1000's of extra costs that they do not make you aware of until they've got you in their grasp. Speak to other residents at this site or other people going through the process of buying one of their homes and they will tell you exactly the same thing.

While the house may be what you want, the buying process and team that work here are far from acceptable. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
