I have been a client of All Loans Funding for over 2 years and closed 9 refinances. I was able to pull cash from my properties to purchase a foreclosure, as well as save thousands on my mortgage payments. Brandon and Damaris were professional and expedite. All fees were fully communicated via disclosure statements prior to closings. Since they are a broker service, they were able to shop the best deal and quickly lock in the best rate. Rest assured Brandon and his sidekick Damaris are unethical fraudsters. They can't be trusted - they will give you a quote and change the terms at the last minute without disclosing it till it is too late. There are 1000s of brokers out there avoid this one at all costs. They are not direct lenders - fraudsters. More to come for them. Simply do yourself a favor and find someone else.

I was in jam with lots of equity, but low liquidity. Brandon came up with a long-term and a short term solution by following business day. The process couldn't have been simpler. Brandon seems very well connected and respected by multiple investors, in even tricky situations. They funded almost immediately and could not have gone smoother. Highly recommend.

To whom this may concern - I feel the need to take the time to write a heartfelt recognition letter regarding your employee, Jamie Marsh. I hope what I have to say will make a difference and not fall on deaf ears. Prior to funding my loan, I was concerned about which option made the most sense - with all these different types of loans it just made my head spin. However, I received guidance that made the whole picture crystal clear in a way that I can’t be more grateful for. After I spoke with Jamie, he said he had a simple solution to my funding headache, and after I spoke with him I received an email just moments later outlining the entire loan in crisp detail. Two weeks later, I had my paperwork in and it was in for final review with the lender. Due to a snag regarding the home I was buying technically being considered rural, there was a last minute denial and I was extremely upset and frustrated. However, I got a call from Jamie about 5 minutes after the rejection email informing me that he could have this whole thing fixed very quickly by using a different funding strategy. Within 72 hours he had redrafted the proper paperwork and pushed a rush order through final approval that blew my highest expectations out of the water. I thought it was a lost cause, and he still had it funded that same week. By the time we were closing with my realtor we were talking about the whole process and she said she’d never heard of such a responsive and flexible lender as Jamie with All Loans Funding. I reached out to All Loans Funding through Bigger Pockets because they were recommended on there. Two weeks later my loan funded at a 6.75% interest rate. In a market like this, I'm beyond satisfied.
