Jane in customer service was really helpful.
Placed an order without understanding the payment would be immediately taken after not fully reading the agreement and she sorted it out immediately and has issued a full refund without a problem.

Double bed is lovely. The mattress is excellent, my daughter’s very happy & comfy in it x

I recently purchased a bed from Allontick.co.uk and I am extremely happy with my experience. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the perfect bed for my home and the perfect payment option.

The customer service team was very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. They kept me updated on the status of my order and the delivery process. When the bed arrived, it was in perfect condition and looked even better than the pictures on the website.

Overall, I highly recommend Allontick.co.uk to anyone.

I wanted to buy a TV (BNPL) so came across All On Tick via a Google search and I came across them. I opted to buy a 24inch TV and made a payment of £21.67.
They took an extra payment from my account without my knowledge (it was my bank that notified me of this).

So it turns out that I won't be getting my TV as they don't deliver to Ireland. I'm in Northern Ireland not ROI and N.I. is part of the UK?.
I'm very disappointed and annoyed. AOT said they would give me a refund. So hopefully I'll get it back.

I realise the company are changing suppliers but this should not effect the customer. I have today tried to ring them 10 times for an update on my sofa no one answering. I have emailed them, no response. I was told 7 days delivery and still no sofa.

Company took money out of my bank on 27/3/23 despite it saying I authorise 00.00, luckily my bank have refunded me today, its a total scam also you don't even get the goods till you've paid it off, READ THE SMALL PRINT

Only filled out a form on their website to see how much a tv would be with them and they took £75 out of my bank. Don’t even enquire as you’ll get the money taken anyway.

Totall scammer people please be careful before you go ahead with them !

MINUS 5 Stars!!! Scam!!! They use the ur payments to buy goods are rrp don’t send them out until you have paid for the item in full and then contour charging you until you e paid more than DOUBLE!

1st time I've order with these and up to press am very happy with my tv and will order again from them this is a very good company goes out there way to help you I've using these again and would recommend you to try them 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A really good company to hire from the people that deal with you are really nice an helpful with everything the only let down was the delivery side they left my washing machine downstairs an i had to bring it up to my flat but apart from that cant fault them an will defo be ordering again

Utter scammers took my money would not return it I told them I didn't want TV I'm a wheel chair user looked on site next I know there is 25 pound taken from my account won't return I've contacted local ombudsman avoid
