Regarding pheromones—we understand the skepticism. While research is still evolving, many of our customers share experiences of receiving extra attention, compliments, or a subtle shift in how people interact with them, and that’s the magic they love.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way and appreciate the opportunity to clarify how our subscription works. Our Alloura+ membership is completely flexible — you can cancel anytime directly from your account, and we also send reminder emails 2 days before each renewal so there are no surprises.

As stated at checkout, Alloura+ renewals convert into store credit that never expires, so you can use it at any time for any product you choose. Regarding fragrance longevity, our scents are made with premium-quality ingredients and designed to last for hours, but scent perception can vary from person to person depending on skin chemistry and environment.

We looked into your order, and while it was shipped out on July 14 as promised, it unfortunately experienced unexpected delays while in transit with the shipping carrier. Hey Haley,

Our team wanted to reach out and let you know that we did infact ship out your order within 24 hours of ordering but when we handed it to USPS, somehow it was circling in their system.

It took USPS a couple months to re-locate the order and get it shipped and delivered to us, which it stated on March 14, 2025.

We really do apologize for the inconvenience that the delay caused you but we want to let you know our team did ship your order out in a timely matter and if there is anything else wrong with this order or future orders please reach out to our customer support team so we can assist.

Hi Brian,

We hate that you feel like you got scammed, but I wanted to break the news to you that our team actually fulfilled your order and is waiting for USPS to pick it up. You ordered on the 18th of January and our team picked and packed your order on the 22nd of January.

Sometimes we do see USPS can lose our packages and they are replaced but that doesn't mean you were scammed, we are a company who builds trust on our customers.

If you don't see any movement in your order by this week, we'd be happy to reship you a new bottle or refund your order up to you!

Our customer support team works hard to manage all of our customers, so I do apologize that you feel that way but I ensure we work our hardest to keep all of our customers happy.

You returned your products to us for the reason of "I didn't like the item / I didn't like how the fragrance smelled" there was nothing on your return that stated you had a skin reaction. We work with our customers before we give a return back if we know this. We understand not everyone reacts the same which is why we have our very fair policies in place.

You've been refunded exactly what we stated during your return process. We have policies in place that clearly state our refunds are in the form of a Gift Card because we believe our customers should have another chance to try a fragrance they love.

I apologize that your experience with us wasn't as your wished, but we do have thousands of happy customers that wear Alloura daily and understand as a business we have policies to keep our customers happy.

Unfortunately, we recently encountered difficulties with USPS for international deliveries, which resulted in unexpected delays and misrouted packages. We recognize this was a major issue, and we have since partnered with a new, more reliable shipping carrier to ensure that all international customers receive their orders as promised.

Regarding your refund, I want to assure you that 100% of your order has been refunded in full. Please check your original payment method for the refund confirmation. If you have any trouble locating it, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Hi Amy,

Your ordered on December 12th and you went to do a return on January 11th.

You NEVER brought the package to USPS which means our team never received your return. That is your responsibility to bring the package to USPS and drop it off. Once we get the return we would happily refund and work with you.

Hi Michelle,

I'm sorry our perfume didn't satisfy you but we have thousands of other customers who say the exact opposite and that our fragrance stays on them for HOURS!

We suggest you apply our fragrances on areas to your SKIN, not clothing, for the best and longest effects.

Unfortunately since the product is used and we have standard practices in place to protect ourself and our business we can't accept a return for the product.

I would love to offer you a new scent, maybe you'll rock with a different once of our fragracnes!

Give us another shot - shoot us an email and let them know you are coming from trust pilot and let them know what other scent you'd like to try.

We are an ethical business and believe all customers should be treated with care, so let's get you a new fragrance!

I just checked your order and it looks like your delivery address was in, Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately the United States Postal Service was unable to push your order through customs and it resulted in your order being re-directed to our warehouse.

It looks like it's almost here, so I went ahead and gave you a full refund for your order. I hope you can understand and change your review.

We care most for our customers, and we do apologize this package never arrived but I want to ensure you that our team did everything we can to get it to you.

I just checked on your order and you reached to us about 40 days after ordering. It looks like your order was lost in USPS, where we don't have control.

It seems you've already chargeback on your order so there's nothing I can do to assist.
