O companie de amatori. Evitați

Sono un ulteriore cliente soddisfatto. Ho effettuato una spedizione tramite la loro piattaforma dalla Romania all'Italia, e tutto è andato perfettamente, dal ritiro del pacco dal mittente fino alla consegna, il tutto nei tempi previsti. Ho richiesto informazioni al numero del servizio clienti, dove hanno risposto con cortesia alle mie incertezze.Bravi e buon lavoro

Client since 4 years, they unaliteraly closed our account without any notification, saying that we need to take contact with their accounting to pay an extra to get the account unblocked.
We passed for over 8000€ of orders to them, and they block the account without a single email or call, while we had parcels to send to our clients ! Forcing us to find an other brooker in urgency.
We called them to understand what was going on, they told us that had to pay or the account would remain closed,we didnt even knew what to pay, about what ? The girl closed the line saying she had other customers waiting…
We called again, they denied to answer, I had to use an other phone number to get someone online, I asked to have an explaination, I received an email with a list of parcels from 9 months old ! Saying the volumetric was wrong… while we always sent the right weight and dimensions on the last 4 years !
They asked us to pay 200€ to cover the supposed difference, that was wrong, since they were saying that a 12kg parcel was in reallity over 80kg ! That’s just impossible… just think about the ups driver, he would never collected it alone.. and anyway we always send the same kind of material.
Their move was just disappointing, they showed no care to unblock our account while we had more order to pass to them..
like they could not simply contact us like normal to find a solution about it ?
No, they treat us like scammers instead, while we ordered for over 8000€…

I was trying for 2 days to open an account on allpacka.com website. After 20+ emails with their support, they were not able to open a simple account. Also, they try to over-charge me 30% more than their website prices.
