Great products, good service

Great products (I purchased a switchcraft 3-way selector switch), delivered in a couple of days, and they're apparently great for after sales service - although I've never needed it. Would recommend without hesitation.

Fast shipping

I needed a tuning mech for an imminent gig. Ordered for delivery next day before 1pm, and had it by 10am. Royal mail failed to keep their tracking up to date, but I can't fault AllParts for that.

Best customer service I've had in years

Best customer service I've had in years, by a long shot. I called and emailed, spoke directly to the same guy both times (Chris), who solved the issue immediately. Great ambassador for the brand and great company standards - you'll have all the business I can give you!

1st Class Service.

Very reliable company, excellent delivery times, items always well packed, & often stock guitar/amplifier parts which are difficult to find on other sites.

Chris Moorcraft , one of the tech support team was very hopeful and pointed me in the right direction to get the rolling bridge i needed for my guitar 5*
As I play all over the country in a Oasis tribute band i needed something that worked and of good quality, and the part I received works great and of good quality. Many thanks Chris for your help 👍 👍
