Efficient delivery

Absolutely exceptional service. Emailed about a missing Takamine battery cover I couldn't find anywhere online, and got a clear and he response back quickly once in opening hours. Ordered the part (extremely reasonable at £12 with P&P considering the other option was about £75 from the USA!) and had it next day. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

All you can say is fantastic products great quality and the customer service is second to non truly .
