Booked a repair for a faulty kitchen tap that had dripping constantly. The engineer replaced cartridges, tightened all connections and made sure the pressure was balanced. Works perfectly now and the price was fair too.

Had a blocked kitchen waste pipe. The engineer cleared the blockage properly and then took the time to clean out the trap and test the drainage before leaving. No rushing, no mess left behind.

I booked an engineer for a heating issue after three radiators refused to warm up properly. He flushed the system, checked all the TRVs and found an airlock trapped at the far end of the circuit. After bleeding the pipework and balancing the system, every radiator started heating evenly. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to oversell anything. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Outstanding service – they handled our boiler failure quickly and professionally at a fair price. Will absolutely call them again if needed.

Absolutely rubbish! Charged £154.80 - guy didn’t test anything just knocked on bits of the boiler. Said would cost too much to fix so get a new one.

Thank goodness we got a British Gas advisor out who suggested we get one of their engineers out just to double check it couldn’t be fixed before committing to a new boiler as ours was only 6 years old…
All it was - the expansion vessel needed re pressurising - a simple 25 min fix. I know who I’ll be calling next time in this situation and it won’t be Allround365

This company and their team were great, very efficient and got the work done really quickly. I called in the morning and by the afternoon they were at my door. They were covid safe while they fixed my lighting that kept on going on and off. Would definitely recommend
