Service was great but the bouncy castle itself was filthy and covered in bird poo .. we had to clean it ourself before we could even let the children anywhere near it

Amazing service from start to finish. Excellent value. Really helpful and quick to respond to queries. The bouncy castle was set up before I arrived at the hall and took them no time at all to take it down. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Disappointing experience
Initially great customer service and very friendly staff who made me feel confident in my booking.
However, bouncy castle arrived 30mins late and soaking wet. Had to spend time drying off as much of the water as possible with towels before letting it air dry as water continued to seep through. It was 90mins before the kids at the party were able to use it. Highly disappointing for the young children who were dying to play, but it was too slippery and unsafe to do so.
Further, we had hired a hall at a community centre and when it was delivered, the staff member assured me that they would collect it between 5pm and 6pm. I had instructed them if there were any issues to contact me. However, I received word from the community at 8pm that the bouncy castle had not been collected and the centre was now locked. I contacted all star bounce, who stated that âwe didnât have time to collect itâ.
The community centre advised that due to other bookings we would be charged for the room if the bouncy castle was not collected upon opening on Sunday. I advised all star bounce of this and asked that they contact me as soon as it was collected, still waiting for that, so I can only assume that it was done.
Terrible service, regret paying on delivery as all the hassle was not with the money we paid.
Would not recommend and will never use again
