We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but we’d like to clarify the situation. Your vehicle was successfully picked up and delivered safely. There was a one-day delay due to an unexpected mechanical issue with the driver’s truck, which was beyond our control.

As for the deposit, it is a standard part of securing a carrier for your shipment.

The deposit was $100, not a $350.

We always aim to provide clear communication and reliable service, and we regret if there was any misunderstanding during the process.

We appreciate your business and are glad your vehicle reached its destination safely.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify what actually happened.

We arranged two separate drivers to ensure your vehicle could be picked up as quickly as possible. The first driver was delayed, so we immediately assigned another driver to avoid further inconvenience. The second driver arrived at your location, and we do have proof of arrival. However, at that point, you informed us that you no longer wanted to proceed with the shipment.

We do not engage in bait-and-switch practices. Pricing can vary depending on carrier availability and market conditions, but we always communicate updates before moving forward. We made every effort to fulfill your order and provide service.

We respect your decision not to ship, but the claim that we did not provide a driver is not accurate.

We provided a $75 discount from our side as a goodwill gesture to help compensate for the price change, and the final price only increased by $100—not more and we give to this customer discount of $75 from our side.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify. The initial quote was based on standard market conditions and driver availability. Unfortunately, when no driver was available at that rate, we had to secure a carrier from the load board at the current market price to ensure your shipment was not delayed.

We always aim to be transparent and provide the best possible service. We apologize for any frustration caused and are always open to discussing this further.
