Someone by the name of Iggy completely stuffed up my transfer process and he didn't even want to speak i had to go through the support to get things sorted overall really bad experience and didn't go through with the company. The support staff were helpful but the customer service guy left a sour taste

Not being able to set this up in advance (we needed to start on the 22nd when your messages were going to an answering service) has meant there was no script arranged.
We I’ve tested it there were very long ring times before answering.
Your support staff were very good and managed to get it connected for me on the 23rd

THIS TIME AROUND, the process was quick and efficient. We had tried to do this same exact thing a year and also 2 years ago, but had no success in doing so.

Phones do not work as promised. No call forwarding, handsets provided are old and have less functionality than previous handsets. Speed dial and call transferring is clunky and involves too many steps. No training provided. Repeated requests for tech on site have been ignored. Handsets no compatible with all Zoom functions.

after having read the alltel reviews here on this untrustworthy trustpilot site, I note that most of them are from reviewers that have only ever left 1 or 2 reviews in their life, thus making them untrustworthy.
Ive decided that I will give Alltel a miss - any business that places such weight on ensuring that their online presence is studded with so many (questionable) 5 star online reviews is to be viewed with suspicion
EDIT: Of course Alltel has challenged this review with trustpilot - I bet they wouldn't have challenged it if it was a 5 star one?

To the reposnes they have written. I called the team every time in order to get a response. I waited for them to call me back it took at least two calls everytime to get them to call me once.. It took three calls to get them to secnd me anything, the metting info which I responded to and rang on the day and was told The person was in meetings and would call me back and never dd. I called again that afternoon. I receied no follow up regarding the meeting . And in the review you want to blame me wow what a service . I have a witness to all of it the other owner of the clinic. Absolutely unprofessional service . I had to ring them several times, the supervisor was suppose to discuss a contacr with us, I called him spoke twice recieved nothing from them. Called again he was in a meeting he never got back jusrt to ring again and speak to someone else who admitted because its health area they may not be able to provide the service.
