DO NOT ORDER
No contact they keep sending crap pills and taking money even though canceled scam

Deceptive business practices. I sent back 3 unopened bottles and they only refunded me for one bottle. So, they actually stole 2 bottles from me.

Also, they continued to charge me for a subscription I didn't ask for.

Product, didn't work for me.

This is a big scam, trying to take people money, scam, scam, scam. New customer please beware and run from them. You will be put on automatic monthly subscription which you are not aware of and began to take your money even when you tell them to cancel subscription they began to give you different stories. They are thief ,broad day life robbery.

I am not getting any benefits from the product.
That may just be me.
However after numerous emails i am unable to cancel my subscription. The emails just keep going around in circles. It would appear that they want to continue to be paid for something which i dont want.

Inefficient product. Misinformation and hidden details on their website, and you find yourself stuck in a subscription that you never ask for. When you ask for cancellation, they will completely ignore your request and keep draining in your bank account. The only solution you will have is to call your bank and change your card. Just be aware of this scam business

I would like to point out that when I made my first purchase it was not made clear that I was signing up to a subscription. However one month later Allurashop have taken money from my bank and are sending me another month’s supply of capsules.
I feel that I cannot trust a company that puts people on subscriptions in such a devious way.
If you made it clear and obvious to customers that they were signing up to a subscription you might retain more customers.
I would have preferred an obvious question to be asked of me ‘do you want to have a subscription’ with a tick box for
yes or no
I believe the product may be working for me but, because of the feeling of being scammed into a subscription, I am not inclined to continue to purchase from them ever again. A very sneaky company.

I have a severe rheumatoid arthritis and a joint pain. I found an advert on Facebook about the supplement called Allura. I bought a bottle but there was a sale. so they gave me 2 . That was on 26.04.26. Today I got an e-mail from them saying that they charged my bank for £23 plus 2.95 delivery with thanks. They write that it is a subscription. WHAT??? I never subscribed. These pills do not help me. How dare they? That means they know my bank details and can take my money any time they want. I am going to phone my bank but this is appalling!!!
