Just received my first cap and honestly couldn’t be happier with it. The quality the fit it’s all unreal. I’ve tried and tested so many over the years and finally found a style and shape that really work for me. I’ll definitely be buying more from then. Recommend highly.

Already own the beige cap, recently ordered the brown one and want more! Both fit absolutely perfect and are extremely comfortable. Would 100% recommend.

Recently bought one of the western caps, the fit is by far the best of any cap I have just now and the quality is very good as well. Great for the price point, will definitely look to get some more from the brand.

Ordered the Western Hat, arrived quickly all according to the tracking. Saw on the website they had re-launched the navy colour-way. Couldn’t have been more helpful letting me return my original order in exchange for the Navy. Super quick response.

I have always struggled finding hats that suit me and I can safely say that the Allways hats have NEVER failed me. They are comfy, wear well and look quality! The T-shirts are a great weight and wash really well!

Good clobber

Ordered a hat weeks ago and haven’t got it yet. After I left a bad comment on Instagram they replied there said they were chasing up, sending a new one, 2 weeks laster still nothing I’ve requested a refund, see if they process it.

The ads look good but don’t bother

Bought two western caps from them on Monday, and came today (Friday).

Best purchase Ive ever made, and definitely my new favourite caps. I’ve searched forever to find a cap that is both a classic style but without being oversized like they usually are. Great quality, and would recommend to others.

A scam company, ordered a hat, tried to return as soon as it arrived as terrible quality and no one got back to me on a return, so now stuck with this thing and lost my money. avoid this company

Ordered an item - payment was taken immediately but received no confirmation email.

Contacted the company after 5 days of no delivery. Was told that I had never made an order and there was no record of me in the system despite providing my address and name in the original email.

Had to show them a screenshot of the payment being taken on the day the I made the order. Miraculously then... they had all my details.

Item (hat) arrived and was too small so wanted to return. Returned the item with all the relevant details. Informed them of this via email and provided photos of the item in its packaging and also evidence of shipping and Royal Mail reference/tracking number.

Item arrived with them 5 days ago and still haven't received any information or update from them about the refund.

Absolute chip shop company with awful customer service. Genuinely couldn't organise an orgy in a brothel.

Avoid at all costs. The hats fit incredibly small.

Order took ages, now I want to send it back it’s like nobody in the company exists and they don’t give you a return label when you order it you have to request one which I’ve been waiting for 5 days for a return label, absolute waste of time. Spent more money on instragram adverts than the company itself

Ordered western cap Thur morn, received Monday evening via Evri. Decent quality good all round service would recommend. I am based in UK.

ordered a hat on the 27th of july, uk, and still nothing, incredibly slow customer service/ email replies which most of the time contain conflicting information regarding update on my order, tells me my order will be dispatched at a later date and when said date comes round, radio silence, getting a refund on the order will most likely have to be through my banking as getting a response from these guys is incredibly rare, wanted to put my faith in them as they are an independent business but they can’t even deliver on what they are supposedly selling, would steer clear for now :/
