Extremely Disappointing Experience – Stay Away!

"I am extremely frustrated with my experience using the Almatar app. It is, without a doubt, one of the worst booking platforms I have ever used.
The biggest issue is the total lack of flexibility and support. Once you make a booking, you are essentially stuck. I tried to modify my reservation, but the app provides no way to do so, and customer service was completely unhelpful in resolving the issue.
To make matters worse, they have a 'no-fix' policy for any errors. I couldn’t cancel my booking or even get a partial refund. It feels like they just take your money and offer zero service in return. If you value your money and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and book through a more reliable and professional app. I will never use Almatar again."

It's a very big fraud company they took money and issue no ticket they done with us today they consistently lying don't trust them they are a clear fraud

Al Matar Travel has a very poor refund policy and no proper service when things go wrong. My hotel booking was cancelled on the last day- allotted time frame by the hotel, yet Al Matar only offered points in their system or a refund that takes up to 8- 15 business days. As fast as they took the money in a nana second, the refund should have been processed the same way. No explanation was given for why my hotel booking was cancelled, only that the hotel cancelled (Confirmation Not Confirmed) although they had (3) days to confirm it when the booking was made, I had asked for proof, but request was ignored.

SCAMMED MY UNCLE TOOK HIS CARD NUMBER OVER THR PHONE TOOK 3 PAYMENTS OUT DIDNT EVEN SEND A TICKET OR ANY CONFIRMATION

I have received a scam in the name of this company, I was expecting a little refund… they have full my credit cards

I realized I had made a mistake while booking and immediately wanted to modify and upgrade my booking and change the venue. The consultant was not polite at all and was not willing to help.

i didn't book through this site.. but im giving 3 stars due to the terrible prices they offer.
Even this show the price is SAR 1600 then when you select the trip they will add service charge 100.
many other sites are cheaper.

They have a great website. Easy to navigate & reliable. I recently made a hotel booking. Looking forward to future bookings with them.

This website is a scam. I am waiting for 3 months on ticket cancellation, that was cancelled due to covid restrictions. No refund till date.
I discourage everyone to never go for it

من أسوأ خدمة العملاء اللي اتعاملت معهم طيلة حياتي باختصار نصابين طلبت منهم إلغاء رحله وفعلا تم إلغائها ولي للان اكثر من شهر ونص اتابع معهم يا جاع المبلغ بالاضافه لذلك وصلنا المطار في رحلة المغادره والرحله كانت ملغيه تماما ولم يتم ابلاغنا و إضافة لذلك الغو رحلة العوده أيضا بدون تبليغ و طريقتهم في التعامل جددددا سيئه انصح بعدك التعامل معهم حتى لا تخسرو فلوسكم
