My experience with al momin travel was great ! Specially thanks to Athar bhai who guided me all the time and response everytime whenever i want some help or need about my hotel booking my ticket booking even my whole umrah package!!!

My experience with them was okay but the only problem I had with them was that I felt I wasn’t listened to enough when I requested to have a direct flight.Rather I was booked on a transit ticket.
I ended up having to travel to Jordan on a transit.Coming back, I stayed at the airport for four and half hours before flying back to the Uk on another five hours flight..
I gave a three star rating because I felt I should have been able to fly there for the umrah directly having known that I could afford to pay for a direct flight ticket.
Alhamdulillah I had the best experience of my life time in both Makkah and Madinah.
Despite, having such an experience with you guys, I still believe there is more room for improvement and I will surely get back to you in the future.

I’ve traveled with Almomin travels recently to umrah,my journey went really smoothly according to my package, my advisor was Athar Ali who help me choose and guide me through the process,he was really attentive and professional, which made my travel feel seamless.
Throughout the my whole journey, they messaged us to see everything was fine and reassuring us.

Walahi I am highly overwhelmed and satisfied with the reception and services I got from Almomin Travel.The staff are amazing,especially my consultant, Brother Zeerak who handled my Umrah package is an amazing,awesome and a friendly individual..I will always come back for more insha Allah.

Alhamdulillah for my first Umrah trip last few days of Ramadan + early Shawwal, and experience, Muhammad Abuzar of AlMuslim Travels assisted me, cost friendly, communication was intact and booked me a nice Hotel in Mecca 🕋 and Medinah
Had a nice time and all places I visited including Rawdoh in Medinah, and other Ziyaarah, Mount Uhud were all worth it.

I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agent.

I initially received a quote in November for a hotel that I was happy with and agreed to book. However, just three weeks before departure, the agent contacted me saying the hotel was no longer available unless booked for a full month, which was never mentioned before.

He then offered an alternative hotel, claiming it was only 10 minutes away from the original location. After checking myself, I found this was not true. I made it clear that I did not want to change and wanted the hotel I had agreed to, especially as Ramadan is a very busy time and location was important to me.

Communication then became very poor. I had to chase for updates, and even two weeks before our flight, the hotel was still not confirmed. The agent continued offering hotels that were either lower standard than what we paid for or not within walking distance.

In the end, we had no choice but to accept a hotel far from the Haram, which required taking two buses to get there. We also had to pay additional transport costs ourselves.

On top of this, our hotel in Medina was changed without informing us to a 1-star hotel. The agent claimed it was closer to the Masjid. Although I did not complain at the time because the hotel they had originally booked was already around a 9-minute walking distance, it was still not what we originally agreed or paid for.

Overall, this was a stressful experience with poor communication, misleading information, and failure to deliver what was promised. I would not recommend this service.

First Part of Journey
Talking to the travel agent was easy, convenient, quick replies, answered all of my queries. He provided me with lots of different options and accommodated for the changes in hotels to ensure 5 star and close to the kaabah as I am travelling with my elderly mother.

Second Part
Going through the airport was smooth, check in process with Saudi Airlines was very easy. I provided my visa and there were no issues. The seats were spacious and the staff were very helpful.

Third Part
Upon landing, the car service was on time exactly as promised. Comfortable ride with dropping us off at the hotel.

Fourth Part (Makkah)
We were able to do an Umrah every night while we were there. The hotel was super close to the Masjid Haram. The hotels had food included (iftar) so we did not have to worry or buy food from elsewhere. We could get taxis nearby to go to Masjid Aisha. The travel agency were always keeping in contact to ensure the drivers had contacted us and they accommodated the timing change due to check in/check out times

Fifth Part (Makkah to Madinah)
The journey was very smooth. The driver was very professional. The car was big and spacious. I slept throughout. The driver had also stopped and allowed us to do Zuhur prayers. We reached on time. No issues with the journey. Very very well planned and good.

Sixth Part (Madinah)
We were initially going to be checking in to one hotel but then we were told by reception that we are lucky and got upgraded to a 5 star hotel that is even closer in location to the Masjid Nabawi. So we took their offer and we were so happy. Perfect hotel, nice staff. We spent everyday at the Masjid.
The journey from the hotel to the airport was very smooth. The driver always contacts the day before. The company will also check in with you to make sure the driver had contacted you.

I am genuinely so impressed with this company. Really 10/10. From start to end they have been helpful. They listen to my request, they accomodate to the best of their abilities, they are patient and pleasant to talk to. Whoever is the boss of the company needs to give a raise to Shehroz because he did an excellent job. I got the tickets sorted, visa and everything arranged so fast and quick. No issues.

I got back from my lovely omra this morning. The first part in makkah was great and hussein the agent was great,he couldn't do enough for me.but the second part in madinah was almost a disaster appart from the al harem mosque and the beautiful rawda as well as the ziyarat but the hotel had bugs in it.they used bread left from the day before,the hotel was sold to me as a 4 star ,I wouldn't rank it to 1 star.for 3 days we had the had the same towels ,it really was not nice.
The agent mentioned that they monitor these hotels from their customers feedback but most poeple don't like to complain. Like I said hussein is a wonderful man and couldn't do enough for me but there is so much an agent can do.to Finnish off we flew back with wizz air beware this company don't allow you to take zam zam water back unless you have a specific omra visa NOT not the E-visa.it has got to say omra visa.i tried to argue my case with the airline but without success.i even showed then my photos going around the KAABA.
I couldn't leave it like that my wife was in tears when she knew she couldn't take any holy water home.

I must say Abuzar was a wonderful person to speak to. He went above and beyond to help find me the best package that suited me. He was very attentive and took in all my concerns and issues and help to solve them brilliantly MashaAllah may Allah SWT reward him.

We did our first umrah, through this company.
Mariam took care of us through this and was very good. 5 stars. The communication was excellent, non stop would always be checking in if everything had gone okay for example with the taxi drivers. Helped with an issue we had before with the flights that would have caused major problems. Overall very good experience, and would book again with them.

I would like to sincerely thank Zeerak for arranging my Umrah package. From the beginning, he organised everything for my travel to Makkah and Madinah. I was very worried at first, but Alhamdulillah everything went exactly as promised.

The travel, accommodation, and overall arrangements went smoothly, and I completed my Umrah peacefully and returned home safely. Zeerak was helpful, reliable, and supportive throughout the process.

I have used this company many times
I think they are swift and precise with everything. I can easily communicate with them via WhatsApp. Especially me being abroad I have been able to book another hotel in a different destination. The person i used was Muhammad Shehroz. Who was very good at helping me.

Abdul Moiz who handled my enquiry was very helpful and matched my umrah package exactly the way I had asked but in this instance I booked with another company which suited my intenary better .
