I would say that this is the best e-Sim app that I have used. Lightning fast internet cross borders. And superb customer support. I really can’t express how good my experience was.

🤬🤬A big scam
🤬🤬A big scam. Don't put your bank information. Besides being slow, terrible customer service after you give them your money. They don't respond to customer service and hang up on you. They start charging your card monthly without warning you once you enter your information. Be careful

Very Poor Experience with Alodata
My experience with Alodata has been extremely disappointing. Their customer service is unresponsive, and when they do reply, the answers are vague and unhelpful. The product/service they provide does not match what was advertised, and I encountered multiple issues that were never properly resolved. Communication feels one-sided — they are quick to take payment but slow to provide real support.
