The refund policy is a big lie

The refund policy is a big lie. It has been two months since I returned the item, and I have not received my money back yet. I followed up with them too many times, and each time I received an AI message saying they were working on the refund. I ended up calling the bank for the back charge. I do not recommend this brand at all.

Fantastic after sales service

I had purchased the Alogic light bar and was extremely happy with its functionality. Overtime the hinge system became loose and I contacted Alogic to see if the could advise me how to repair.
It appeared my item was still in its warranty, the customer service team listened to my issue, investigated further and acted immediately.
A new item was sent out on the return of the old and all within a fortnight.
It’s fantastic to deal with a brand that looks after its customers.

Great customer service!

Although it took longer than expected to receive my order, the customer service was excellent! The sales team was very good keeping me posted on the status of my order and were very good at follow up! Keep up the great work!

Niet aan te bevelen, onvolwassen organisatie

Mijn ervaring is niet best. Een monitor besteld, maar de ene na de andere toezegging (woorden als garantie worden gebruikt) worden keer op keer niet waar gemaakt. Na 3 keer was ik er klaar mee.

Communicatie loopt erg stroef en vragen me af of ze zelf wel doorhebben wat ze communiceren. Ze doen beloften of uitspraken die nergens op slaan, en alleen maar het vertrouwen in hen schaden.
Ik heb uiteindelijk de order geannuleerd. Ook de annulering liep stroef (maar het product kwam ook niet). Geen duidelijke communicatie.

Lang gedacht dat dit oplichting was, maar uiteindelijk toch mijn geld terug gekregen. Daarom toch 2 sterren.

Ik vindt het een zeer onvolwassen organisatie. Zo run je geen (web)shop. Er is geen duidelijkheid over voorraad en levertermijnen. Uitspraken doen hierover lukt niet, en als je een verwachting hebt gehad gaat deze zonder enige communicatie voorbij,
Ze zouden wat meer naar andere spelers mogen kijken.

Mij zijn ze als potentiële klant voor altijd kwijt.

Awful Returns Policy

Whilst they may be legally right to not honour change of mind returns, it is bad faith compared to other online shops like Amazon where that is an option. The reality is that purchasing hardware may not work once you use it with your devices. I can’t purchase their stuff products with confidence in the future

Outstanding Service from the ALOGIC Support Team

I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding support I received from the ALOGIC team, and in particular from Akin Mehra. The communication was prompt, clear, and consistently helpful. .

Akin provided timely updates, explained the status of the incoming stock, and ensured my order would be prioritised. He also took the initiative to review recent promotions and offered a goodwill refund to match the discounted prices. This level of attention and fairness is not something customers encounter often.

The service I received felt genuinely customer focused.

I recommend the ALOGIC support team without hesitation. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and my experience has been excellent from start to finish.

From start to finish, the team provided me excellent attention to detail and ensured that my experience was as pleasant as possible. Clarity Pro Touch 5k - Happy Customer

I reached out to their support team multiple times when I was deciding which monitor to buy.

They were always super responsive and I ended up buying the Clarity Pro Touch 5k and I’m so pleased with the purchase.

The product is lightweight and has a few things I love being a heavy iPad user - such as 10-point multi touch. In some ways it is better than my Wacom Cintiq Pro 32” - which was more expensive.

The built-in software to manage settings could be a lot more intuitive and user-friendly - as well as allowing DDC for sound volume settings - but hoping some of these refinements will come later.

I really like their Pen 🖊️ for drawing, too. I was expecting a worse quality as I am used to the Apple Pencil Pro and Wacom’s Pen, but actually, it did not disappoint for my use case (visual thinking and facilitation).

The Wish version of an Apple Display

The monitor looks nice on the desk and the build quality is decent – but that’s about the only good thing I can say. Yes, it’s clearly just a knockoff of Apple’s display, but at least Apple products actually work.

Connectivity on this thing is a joke. Your marketing claims to target professionals, but what professional has the time to wait 2–4 minutes for a monitor to wake up? It’s genuinely quicker to rip the power cable out of the wall and plug it back in than to sit and wait for this useless screen to respond after sleep mode.

And don’t even get me started on the Type-C cable circus. Disconnect it, and suddenly it’s like playing roulette. Sometimes it takes 3–5 attempts to reconnect (on a lucky day), but usually it’s 10+ tries before the monitor finally decides to cooperate. That’s not “professional gear” – that’s a time-wasting nightmare.

I’ve tested different cables, different ports – nothing fixes it. The problem is the monitor itself.

So congratulations, Alogic: you’ve managed to design a monitor that consistently wastes an hour of my life every single week. Easily one of the worst tech purchases I’ve ever made.

Alogic was great

Alogic was great to work with to understand the shipping process and status all the way through to delivery. My roam travel battery and fast charger are great and reduce the total number of charging devices I need for travel for ALL of my devices including my MacBook Pro. Overall, very pleased with Alogic.

Unacceptable Customer Service

I initially really loved my monitor, but now 1 1/2 years later it is already not working and it was quite an investment. It does have 2 year warranty, however customer service is horrible to deal with. I got no return call after I left a message and finally after calling at least 5 times I was able to get a hold of someone. They were able to verify that I qualified to warranty and requested that I send my receipt in an email which I did the same day. I did not hear anything for 4 days and when I finally got a hold of someone it was nowhere and he could give me no info on the status of my new cord. He then states he would email me info so I could reply and get to the right department, however that never happened. I then attempted to contact someone over their chat option - after waiting 30 minutes I gave up. I am not without a computer and no info on when this will be remedied. I would NOT recommend this company.

Don't buy clarity monitor for mac

If you’re considering a Clarity monitor for your Mac, be prepared for daily headaches.

When connected via USB-C, the monitor refuses to wake up after your Mac sleeps. Every single time, you’ll have to unplug and reconnect the cable — an incredibly annoying routine for something this expensive.

The bigger disappointment? Customer service.
After providing multiple videos showing the issue (which they couldn’t fix), I was still willing to buy a second monitor, hoping it might work better. I asked for a goodwill discount, and they told me they’d offer 25% off.

What they didn’t mention is that this “25%” included the 20% discount that’s permanently on their website. In reality, I was only being offered an extra 5%. A misleading tactic that felt deceptive and left a bad taste.

Bottom line: Clarity monitors look good on the outside, but for the price, performance is basic and the experience — especially for Mac users — is frustrating. I would not recommend them.

Customer Service Couldn't Have Been Better

I Bought the 32" 4K monitor in January. I loved the monitor in every way and it complements my MacBook Pro perfectly.

Last week the monitor wouldn't turn on so I contacted support and they got back to me the same day to replace it under the 2 year warranty. I had broken the warranty seal thinking I may be able to fix the problem (yes that was stupid) and after telling support they compromised by sending me a refurbished monitor.

Considering I was kicking myself thinking I would end up with a hard no, I cannot speak more highly of the support team.

Great products, great support.
