Not only did Glendy miss multiple spots when cleaning after inspecting the next day, the burners on my stove are no longer turning on. When I asked them about this, they said they did not clean the stove top (even though it was very obviously cleaned). I will no longer be using Aloha Maids and I recommend you don't either. They overcharge, are more expensive than the area, and prefer to deal with customer complaints by having the cleaner text the person, rather than through the company.

Ahola Maids demanded my driver’s license and bank card information without permission, attempted to set up recurring charges, and pulled a bait-and-switch pricing tactic. One male cleaner sexually harassed me for hours—making comments, brushing against me, and pressing himself close—while the company later dismissed my complaint. The cleaning was poor, the billing was inflated, and their follow-up calls were defensive rather than apologetic. Unsafe, unprofessional, and not to be trusted.
