The service is good
The service is good. Iâve been using it for a couple of years mainly in Asia. The issue Iâve had with it is; as I move between countries the eSIM mess up a lot if you donât delete the old eSIM before activation of the new one. I wish I could just turn the eSIM off and on as I move through countries. I see they now have some regional plans. They are a little expensive but it might be worth it. They do have good instructions manual and support if needed. 24/7 via the in-app Live Chat or at âsupportâ at there web site.
Support reached out to me after my review. They contained you can turn eSIMs off and on as you move between countries- Iâm not sure I agree but will try again.

I would not recommend aloSim after our experience using it in Italy and the UK. Very confusing and difficult to establish proper phone numbers for each country, resulting in additional costs and need to upload more coverage. More information is needed in terms of which numbers would be most useful for travellers.
