I had an account with this guy's for almost 4 months I started investing with them since January/2025,I started with $250 US they ask me to add it to $1000 US.I did deposit more money so my account at that time was $1250US ,so my money didn't move for awhile I asked them to move my money they ask to add more money if I need a bigger profit they gave me 3 options first to deposit $10000 US to get a profit of $23000 US.
The second options to add more $7500US to make me profit of $13000 US.
So I decided to add more $10000 US to get a profit of $23000 US.
I deposited the money. They told me you have got a profit of $29000 US instead of $23000 US.
So I asked them to withdraw my money into my bank account since then my money disappeared for good, they told me your money was locked, in order to release my money you need to deposit another $4149 CAD ,I did deposit what they ask for.
They came back and said you need to deposit more money which is $15000 CAD to release the money again.
So I figured out this is a scammer so I didn't receive my money so my money is gone,so please don't deal with this guy's (alpcaps) because they didn't fixed the problem for me I phoned no answer I send customer care team regarding my problem they didn't do anything about it....
Everytime I get an answer from them that they can't do anything about this....
So please be careful there is alot of bad people around there be careful please....
I am editing my review according to the reply I got from you it is clearly scam from your company I did try to contact your support team they told me somebody is going to solve the problem I talked to that person to get my money back he told me they can't get it back unless I pay another $15000 CAD so another scam is coming into my way I end up with them nothing they left me without resolving the problem I tried to call no answer as usual so I still consider it another scam from your side.
It's been long time for this guy's to give me back my money,this guy's are not real they're a big joke I am still after you you bunk, garbage of punch of people they don't have any real thing of what they are claiming to be true but unfortunately they are big scammer and thieves,this guy's are so horrible they claim they have a location but they are not is All fake and bullshit they think they are smart but you not because you are not real everything about you fake.
Ribing off people but is not for too long we all after you you better watch out because one day you will be caught, everything you are telling people about FINMA is fake I have the proof that you are lying,your location is fake you go to Google map there is nothing is called ALPCAPS real address but you don't belong to this address you mentioned how stupid are you guys not even one thing is real about you
I will be after you until I get my money back.
I am very sure you will reply to me with your bullshit again and again but that it doesn't mean that you are honest you are bunch of bad people gathering ribbing people off with your fake identity, believe me me and the others you robbed our money is not gonna benefit you or your kids because what goes around comes around,so I will challenge you guys to go with you any where you need to go from police to courts because I know you can't afford that because you are hidding from them with fake identity,I am after you guy's and I know you guys are using another fake company names to steal other people money but believe me everything is been known about you
And you will be caught one day it's matter of time,
I am just wondering about the positive reviews I see are you guys serious about this it doesn't make sense to me...
I just need to remind you not to reply to this because you have been known by now that you are idiot's because Everytime you reply to us you reply with the same stupid things,all I need just bring my money back.
No matter what you guys do you will be caught one day no matter what and I hope you to throw my money out of your stomach and your kids stomach blood wait and you Will see that happening infront of your eyes you bigtime thieves.

Just a quick reminder for you all please all of this guy's they're using another company's website address names all fake addresses not exist even if they are their business name is not at that address,their phone numbers are fake no one answered your call no matter what,be careful you got the tools to known if this guy's you dealing with are real or fake be careful gus,

i wouldn't be big on advising anyone to use this broker , they schemed me from the beginning and would have continue if i didn't listen to my aid

I tried ton withdraw money then I was asked for the tax on it that was 2,080 then they wanted another 479 dollars told me the the money would be I'm my act right away but that never happened then I get a call that I need to pay another 2,000 then he told me that if I send 1 thousand it would be ok but I would not send anymore money

Custom margin alerts are useful but seem to lag occasionally. alpcaps provided an alert system that needs refining for better reliability.

Risk management features are reliable, though some settings can be a bit confusing at first. Anthony helped me navigate them.

My initial experience with the company was good. I got prompt responses from my advisors phone calls every day explanations of what was going on in the market and daily trades made I saw My profit slowly growing. I might’ve been naïve assuming that making a withdrawal would be as simple as making a deposit but I assumed the process would be just as seamless. None of my advisors actually explained to me that withdrawals would come with a fee that could not be subtracted from your account balance meaning you would have to put in additional money before you could take any out. It was at this moment that I started to realize I might be involved in a crypto scam. I’ve been trying to withdraw my money for the past 2 to 3 weeks and I keep being told there’s no way other than to pay a fee or pay a fine. I keep insisting that the fine or the fee should be Deducted from my total account balance but they’re saying according to their regulations so that can’t be done. Has anyone else had issues making withdrawals? How can I trust a Financial institution that is asking me to deposit more money when they have never shown me that I can actually make a withdrawal of said money ?? Please help!
