Ordered on the 3rd January and still no confrimation of order and no communication at all!

I've tried via telephone and email (several times) to contact the company, but have never received a response from them.

Their website says 24/7 support, which is a joke. As you can never contact anyone at the company.

Steer clear and avoid at all costs. Waste of time and I've no idea how to try and get my money back!

Not at all the same as the pictures and the quality of the material is substandard. Endeavoured to return the garment for my wife back to Pakistan (at our cost) as per their instructions, but have never received a refund. I would not touch them!

Lederhosen was great quality garment. Shirt that was shipped was a cheaper version of what I ordered. When placing the order there is not a confirmation email sent. No order tracking. Website won't let a person log in when creating an account or reset password doesn't work. Company never answers phone calls. Paid for rush order but delivered 2 days longer than was paid for.

Warning! They don't sell original products; they're not based in the US, but in Pakistan. They're a fashion school in Sialkot, Pakistan. The materials are poor, and the decorations and stitching are inaccurate. Above all, there's no label certifying the products' authenticity; rather, they confirm they're poorly made copies. The main problem is that, being in Pakistan, you have to pay customs duties (I spent €40 in Italy, and even though the seller falsified the actual value of my order to get me to pay less tax, he declared my product worth $80, instead of the $210 I paid). Especially if you don't like your product and want to return it, you'll have to pay shipping costs and, of course, customs duties again.
Update October 8: I requested a refund with PayPal and they refunded me everything (except customs fees obviously)

Delivered in a timely manner, sized to fit and made of great material! The shirt was almost tailor made to fit me - an XL tall, no baggy waistline on my shirt! I love it! Great detail and super nice.

Our purchase was supposed to arrive in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks and no purchase confirmation I emailed them with no response.

A couple days later I emailed again saying I reported them to my Credit Card Company. That got their response! They said the order was shipped and I should cancel my complaint with my Credit Card Company.

That's when we recieved the CHEAP KNOCKOFF MERCHANDISE from PAKISTAIN!!!!

We ordered an OS-Trachten German Traditional Jacket in Marine (blue) color and a Women's White Oktoberfest Blouse. A $240 purchase.

We didn't receive the items purchased based upon the pictures they have on their website.

What we received were KNOCKOFF CHEAP MATERIAL items that didn't match what we ordered and they didn't fit right.

The Jacket is green, not blue. It is supposed to have a label with "OS Trachten" on the back collar. It doesn't have a label or a tag anywhere.

The White Blouse has visible black stitching in one area, cheap bottons down the front, and no buttons on the sleeves as pictured. It also doesn't have a label or tag anywhere.

Alpen Lederhosen claims to have locations in Austin Texas and UK which in fact don't exist.
The ONLY number they have listed has an area code out of Dallas Texas and that doesn't work.

They said if I'm not satisfied with the purchase I can mail it back to Pakistan. I asked them to send me a PREPAID LABEL based upon my complaints OR I can physically deliver it to their Austin location.

They refused and told me it had to be mailed to Pakistan at my expense.

After several back and forth emails they offered me a "Resolution" of a 50-60% refund and I can keep the clothes??!!
How does this make any sense?
Of course I refused this offer and told them we did not want their junk.

They are no longer responding to my emails.

Never received an order confirmation, only an immediate request to rate on Trustpilot.
Was getting ready to dispute charge on CC for fraud when I received a ship notification from some obscure company in Pakistan. A bit of research indicated it might actually be my order, so I waited it out. Delivered today, interestingly packaged. Along with an invoice for Customs purposes for this unexpectedly international order, showing me as the consignee (and the Importer of Record for Customs purposes consequently). Invoice vastly understated the actual value (which should be the sell price I paid), cheating the US Government out of duty revenue while charging my CC for an about 660% higher value

Speaking of getting here, how do you ship? USPS is dicey up here in Summit County. I hope it is FedEx. I would pay more for Fed Ex.

First the blouse I ordered was too large for me so I contacted your company to send it back. They instead asked me to send my measurements and they would make the proper size for me. This was wonderful customer service and hopefully when I receive the new blouse it is exact fit that I need thank you

Placed an order on May 8, due to some mix up with the shipping I never received my order. Got in touch with the Alpen customer service via email and they soon had it sorted out. I have received my order and looks like good product. Thanks to Alpen customer service.

The fabric is high-quality and the craftsmanship is great. I also received my order right on time, which was a big plus. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store to others!

Took one look at my husband in his new Lederhose at Frühlingsfest and… whew The leather is buttery-soft, the fit is , and he got more compliments than the beer tent! Fast shipping and Alpen Lederhosen’s team was super helpful. Definitely my favorite purchase — and his too!

They don’t come right away but they are high quality and authentic. I am really pleased with the materials and stitching.
