really bad cheap quality material. something you’d get on shein. all the logos/tags are printers & not embroidered. Do not buy from this shop, just trying to process my refund now. Also the product came 1 month later.

I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. I purchased an item on 14th March and the item hasn't had any updated tracking info since that date. My son brought the item using his own money after saving up and now he doesn't have the item or his money. I've tried contacting them on a number of occasions with no reply. I now keep getting emails saying hope you like your product. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to do this. I'm beyond angry 😠 😡

Terrible company- please please avoid! The quality of their products is beyond bad and there is no customer service whatsoever- no one will respond to you so avoid like plague!

Ordered for Christmas present in the 11th, promised delivery on or before 24th December. Nothing received. Poor service, won't use again. Disappointed

They sent a badly designed product. Not like the picture on website.
Logo was slanted away from the centre for top and bottom.
Material was literally like plastic. Not tracky material at all. Logos were printed smudged and badly not embroidered like described on original website.
I have tried numerous times to contact them.
One response was to email the 'support at alpha aura' from the same dept, I emailed them first. They emailed me to email themselves to resolve!

I ordered my tracksuit on 9 th October and payed got faster shipping and it has not came is this normal

Quality was nothing like in the pictures, it was an ironed on sticker. It also took weeks to be shipped.

Bought the Brasil tracksuit for Son's birthday. Arrived weeks later (delivered direct from China) Quality was so poor and sizing was not even matching on the tracksuit. Sent back and took 2 months for refund. Had to pay to return, as going to China paid for recorded delivery. This company dont pay for returns. Parcel was stuck in customs for weeks, which I was advised I has to pay to have it released. When requesting proof of this they never provided it, they also didnt charge me then for the customs?

Was excited for my brasil tracksuit to come until I opened the package and it looked REALLY FAKE. The logo was a picture stamped to the hoodie and trousers looked really fake. It was nothing like it was on the pic on the website Now I'm going to later try ironing off that fake logo because I can't be seen wearing that. DISGRACEFUL

I was skeptical at first, but the quality is amazing. The shirts fit like they were tailored, and they hold up great after multiple washes. Really happy with my purchase!

The Jacket i ordered was amazing, high quality and fits me good, but the delivery took 2 days longer than i accepted and the box came damaged unfortunately. 4 stars :)
