I think this is the one of the best online platform I have ever seen I found almost everything of my need.

Scammers. Never received products. No one picking up the phone or responding to emails

Placed an order on the 10th of April, product didn't say out of stock but, never received goods. Contacted customer support on the 17th asking for and update, never heard form them.

I placed an order November 8, 2022. I never received the order and contacted the company November 30, 2022, and got a response from the company that the order would be canceled and a refund issued, stating that I would receive a confirmation email with subsequent direction. I never received that email so on December 18, 2022, I contacted the company again January 3, 2023, got a response saying they were having technical difficulty. I emailed them again today and received a response that they are trying to resolve the issue and needed more time. Still no refund. I will never buy from this company again.

The product was out of stock and I have been waiting for 5 months for the refund, each email comes with another excuse.

Do not buy from here! They did not deliver my product and have given me the run around for a month now and will not refund my money. It's a scam!

When first making my order I thought I ordered 1 set of Henley shirts. However, when I received the receipt somehow I was billed for 4 sets. I immediately emailed ALPHABETDEAL and told them of the mistake. They said the would change my order and refund me the difference. That never happened. I tried emailing them, calling them, with no success. Finally I had to call my credit credit and issue ALPHABETDEAL a chargeback.

I have still not received item.
I get e-mails every couple of days, but still no shipping time, or items.

I finally received my order today, 10/28/22. It supposedly shipped on 10/13/22. Pretty slow service, I would say! Very nice fleece hoodie and jogging pants.

My order from AlphabetDeal.com came fast and was accurate. I Will be buying from this company more in the future. This was my first time ordering from there or I would be able to share more.

Ever work in church or club kitchen and say, "these knives are so dull". Can't stop work to sharpen knives now but if you have one of these handy, while you're working, couple swipes and Wa la, still getting it done.

Received it, it works great and it brings back great memories of my parents making Cafe Bustelo. That aroma was a wonderful smell😍

The pants were a great buy. Fit perfect. No need to go to the store.

I saw this sale of 2 pairs of dress pants for a little over $20, I had to take a chance. The pants arrived quickly and I wasn't aware that belts were included, so that was an added surprise. I tried on one pair for sizing and I should have gone up one size in the waist and I thought that the inseam measurement was a bit too long, but I can not complain overall.

Arrived on time as described, seem comfy enough but will wear and see.

I agree with Alex…I am a seller with them…they have scammed me out of a lot of money..I am a small supplier and this has hurt me
