Really great service provided third time dealing with alpha claims was provided a replacement taxi the same day and as always were great really professional and polite got me paid out with in few weeks. Would highly recommend this company as have dealt with other company’s and none come close to these guys. Thanks guys 👍

I had an accident i was unsure what to do i called so many people and everyone kept saying the accident was my fault but Alpha claims had faith in me and gave me a like for like hire vehicle and 18 days later i was paid for my damaged car. Definitely the go to company

I had an accident and called alpha claims and hire. They gave me a replacement car and paid me cash for the damage for the repairs to my car. I then went and used a garage of my own choice, which was much better option for me then what my own insurance company was offering me. Alpha claims provided me with complete accident management

At first Alpha claims can seem very useful
And helpful which they are they are very efficient in taking down the details and providing you a replacement car very quickly! They then helped me get a payout soon as possible. However after this tjey can seem to be abit moody and off when you chase them or the solicitors after that for other claims it can be abit tedious as you almost feel they dont want to know. However i would still recommend them

I am a Walsall plated taxi driver and have used alpha claims and hire for 3 months. Great cars. Brand new. Great service. And very friendly. And always upgrades your car to a brand new one.

The process took a while due to third party, but Alpha ensured I would get paid. They are very responsive and are easy to contact as they usually answer straight away to deal with inquiries. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Gave alpha my claim to deal with after a recommendation and they came through. Was in a hire care the same day as accident and paid out a few weeks later. Through out the process they maintained communication and provided updates when necessary. 10/10 defo recommend

I waa recommend Alpha claims from a friend of mine and wow did they pull through. Within a few weeks they have sorted my claim out and I've got paid out thanks to the wonderful team they have. Definitely recommended.

If your someone like me and is unaware of what to do once involved in an accident the alpha team is outstanding! Explained all the steps to me (I’m very tedious and sceptical about these claim management people) I was not made to run around or harassed with calls communication was regular and updates provided when promised. Easy to reach out too and the best thing they have a WhatsApp chat so any questions ping them there and within an hour usually had a reply sometimes even given a call to explain.

Overall great experience only one negative point is the courtesy cars provided by enterprise are not like for like so I guess some feedback to maybe try build a better relationship with enterprise or give customers options to go elsewhere this is some food for thought!

The woman who dealt with my claim very polite I won’t name her but she knows who she is! Also very quick turn around from date of incident and claim being settle well surprised! She is an Asset to the organisation! 👍

The manager at alpha ( think his name was ARIF) top guy with great management & customer service skills. If I could employ him I would!
