This is such an amazing watch! My wife enjoys her Juliet too.

The watches seem really nice. I love their look and quality. The buying experience was great, and they arrived very quickly!

I tried to give this company a chance because the watches are very enticing. I have purchased Alpha, Bravo XL, and Bravo XL2. I have used and bought extended warranties for them all.

The biggest fraud claim is it being waterproof. The video that shows its waterproof capabilities, is exactly what happened [small water running over] and my watch went out. I used the water drain feature, shook the watch, and everything stopped. The screen no longer turns on and glitches when it tries.

Other than the false waterproof claim, it is a solid watch...

I now have no functioning Alpha Gear watch.

Gorgeous watch, setup is super simple. Love my watch so far! Got it for myself for my birthday and im glad I did, it's a great looking watch.

I paid extra for a metal band. Over $20.00 and they sent me a metal band that is connected but half was grey and the other half was black and is ignoring all me emails about the problem and don't want to right the wrong at all so don't ever purchase from Alphagear if you care about costumer service. I sent them photos of the mistake and all. I would definitely find another smart watch or even apple watch. It's funny how I emailed you guys over a week ago but decided to ignore all of my emails until I wrote this review and you immediately wrote me but you guys ripped me off by sending two different colored bands and attaching them to each other.

Loved my watch for the 20 days it worked. The band broke 3 days in. Bought a new band on Amazon. Watch worked a couple more weeks before screen had lines in it and wouldn't allow me to swipe or see any functions. Contacted them through email since within my 30 day warranty and as of 2 weeks have received no response. I already have emailed you twice

Love the watch, bought the Commander watch. Nice watch, only real issue I have in comparison to other smart watches I own is if it is away from my phone a bit long it resets entirely, time and all. Working where I work not allowed to bring phone in so it has no choice but to disconnect and resetting is an issue since I have to have a time to list on reports in emergencies or other events. Other wise the watch is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly.
