I was really looking forward to this brand but I’m really disappointed with my experience. The fit of their clothing post order clearly isn’t a priority, which is frustrating as they market themselves as a premium brand.

I received a jacket as a gift, and it ended up being way too big. When we reached out to customer service hoping to exchange it for a smaller size, they told us it was past the exchange window and offered no help or alternatives.

Overall, the lack of flexibility and poor customer service is just subpar. I wouldn’t recommend paying over $200 for a brand that actually runs so cheap.

I paid extra for expedited shipping, and it was a complete waste of money.
My order was not even handed to the carrier until days after purchase, making the “expedited” option meaningless. If a company cannot actually ship orders on time, it should not be charging customers for faster delivery.
There was zero proactive communication about the delay. When I contacted customer support, they refused to take responsibility or refund the expedited shipping fee. Instead, they hid behind their terms and conditions.
This was not a carrier issue. It was a customer service failure. Alpha Industries chose policy over accountability and lost a customer because of it.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering this brand do not pay for expedited shipping, because you may not get it and they will not make it right.

I placed an order for two jackets on November 29th for €450, to be shipped to Spain. They still haven't arrived. I've sent emails, and they haven't offered any solution. I called their customer service, and the person who answered was not only rude but also seemed nervous, even though I'm the one who's been wronged!

They tell you that they won't refund anything until the packages are returned. How disgraceful!

It's them and their useless shipping companies who can't even deliver a simple package!

If you buy from AlphaIndustries.eu, be prepared to send emails, make calls, and be without your money for 40 to 60 days, if you're lucky.

Allow me to inform you that should you have any interest in purchasing garments from the brand Alpha Industry, I strongly advise against it. The quality of the fabric is notably subpar, the sizing is inconsistent, and, most regrettably, they do not offer exchanges. Throughout my 15 years of online shopping for clothing, I have never encountered a brand that utilizes such inexpensive materials. It is truly unjust to refuse exchanges when the sizing is inaccurate, ultimately resulting in the garments being discarded. It will end straight in the trash; never again buying any of that brand.

I have an Alpha bomber jacket worth €250 and have worn it no more than 15 times. Suddenly, there are damages to the fabric at both sleeve ends. The Velcro closure of the pockets keeps catching on the sleeve fabric and damaging it. These areas already look as if the jacket were two years old. The issue is known to Alpha, yet the sale of the defective jackets continues.

I ordered a pair of Camouflage cargos from this company on 27/09/2025. I received an email from Evri on 29/09/2025 stating they would receive my order within 48 hours. 72 hours later no delivery details. I wrote to Alpha industries who instead of answering asked me to forward the Evri email to them which was weird, but I complied. I received no further communication from Alpha Inustries and when I went back to check the Evri website the tracking number has ceased to work. I intend to approach my bank for a refund. Be very careful spending your money with this company it seems like the whole company is just an elaborate scam. They do not respond to queries and simply don’t fulfil their orders. Avoid them like the plague. Better off throwing your money in a bin at least that will require no effort.

I purchased the Alpha Industries Varsity Air Force Jacket, and after just two months, the sleeves are already in terrible condition.

I expected better quality from a jacket costing 160 euros. Disappointed with the durability and overall quality.

Their jackets are bad quality made in China, aren't the original quality yet. I have 2 ma1, one black and another green. Don't waste your money in Chinese goods

ARNAQUE : pantalons de très mauvaise qualité, rien à voir avec la vidéo ! Après 2 demandes de remboursement je n'ai reçu aucune nouvelle d'eux et dans leur conditions générales on voit qu'ils refuses les retours sur les prix promo malgré ce qu'ils disent dans leur vidéo ! 2 plaintes ont été déposées ! FUYEZ

Escrocs.

J'ai passé une commande de 2 pantalons soit disant pouvant être très pratique pour la moto. Pantalons reçus mais rien à voir avec le site. Impossible de mettre des protections, rien à voir avec la publicité pour moi tout est mensonge. Site à fuir.

Grosse arnaque. Le pantalon reçu na rien à voir avec l’annonce. C’est un pauvre pantalon en intérieur polaire qui taille en plus très mal.
Je les ai contacté, j’attends leur retour.

Bought a plum heritage bomber jacket - speedy delivery, smooth transaction. There was an issue with (Velcro on the pockets catching on the sleeve fabric).

But super quick response from Customer service (via the email address) and the issue was satisfactorily resolved in under 24 hours

Bought 2 hoodies and after the first wash they look like they were 10 years old. Terrible! Haven't had this with any of the other brands. Just so dissapointing…

I ordered directly from Alpha Industries 4 days ago, received my Bomber Jacket today, gorgeous in every way, spectacular! It seems like it was tailor made for me.
