No matter what you do or say they would not allow you take your money out.. Thankfully 𝓑𝓸𝓵𝓭𝓸𝓷:𝔀𝓪𝓻𝓮𝓼 react swiftly and was able to get my money back.

They will not let you take your money out unless you buy the trading platform from them and let them trade for you . I have attorney filing law suits and getting fbi and cyber police involved

Guys stay away from Alpha Markets, as of right now I'm struggling to get my money.

I raised R200/$10 to R57000 and requested a withdrawal of R33200 and guess what? They had it pending and ended up declining my withdrawal removed my profits from all accounts then banned me for no reason.

They don't have office or receptionist number. They only reply to messages which takes them a week to reply. Stay away from Alpha Markets. Don't even try to test them with them minimum deposit.

In total, they took R65000 from me. Broke my trading spirit. I lost everything to them 🥺

They sometimes offer welcome bonus to their new clients which they use to make money out of. You make profit, they take it from you.

I received a R200 bonus from alphamarkets.io on July 1st and managed to make R129 profit within two hours of trading. Curious to test their withdrawal system—especially since they support OZOW—I tried to withdraw my funds.

To my surprise, the withdrawal was denied overnight without any reason provided.

Despite my profile already being fully verified, I was told to re-upload my latest bank statement. I complied and reached out via email, but received no response. Only after contacting them through WhatsApp did I get a reply, where they again requested documents I had already submitted. After providing everything, I attempted another withdrawal—only to be told once again (via WhatsApp) that it was denied, with no valid explanation.

This raises serious concerns. Either this broker lacks the funds to pay users or is collecting personal information for potentially fraudulent purposes. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away from alphamarkets.io. Something is not right here.

If they can’t even pay out profits made from a bonus, how can you expect them to pay out profits from your own deposit? This broker is clearly a scam

I think this company is either a scam or just doesn't work,dey have the worst support system,48hrs I have been trying to make a withdrawal all I get is excuses every single time 🤦am already exhausted

Funds disappear on trading accounts.When you contact them they turn a blind eye don't get scammed avoid this broker by all means .All was well before they changed management last year 2024 I made countless withdrawals with this broker I started having issues this year 2025 when they changed management.

Verry good broker I get my withdrawals in the same day or the next day never had off qouts or any difficulties their support team is verry helpful and reliable
