My experience was good, the team is good and the work being done is amazing. Boxing training could be a little more organized and in a better location where we are allowed to go inside whenever we want showing our fight cards though.
This was fun and fruitful, from 22.1 % of body fat to 20.1% within 11days only. The workout was intense but I loved every bit of it..

This was my first challenge with the Alpha Male Team and they managed to teach me so much in program. The apps are easy to follow and the instructor/coach is very responsive and available to support. I highly recommend the Alpha Male Team and congratulates them on a work well done. Thank you for the support in getting my health back on track. Join them if you want real challenge and change in your health!!

The coaches are really communicative and very courageous. The exercise are beginner friendly and helpful.
