Don't buy from this company as they are scammers

Failed weld on the rear suspension mount. Still under warranty, their solution, go get it professionally welded. We dont care about your user experience because we already have your money. Basically up yours customer.

E roller kaputt hab garantie aber keine antwort nichts

Zero after sales service. Scooter broke down weeks after we purchased. They did not want to know and would not replace the battery after rerpeted attamps. Infact they lied and told us anything not to honour their warranty. When we turned up at thir place they fobbed us of and gave us a used battery that would not fit. They are crooks and their scooters are worth 50% of what they sell them for if that

I ordered the item and after 14 days I never got the tracking number. After contacting them, they didn't reply. After multiple attempts to communicate they finally cancelled the order and issued the refund order i never received. After that all my attempts to contact them again were unsuccessful and they still owe me 800€.

Has anyone filed lawsuit report yet?

E Bike im Mai gekauft. Jetzt ist ein Garantiefall eingetreten. Seit Tagen keinerlei Reaktion weder auf E-Mails noch auf derer Chatservice. Einfach nur Arm sowas. Man sollte auch nach dem Kauf für den Kunden da sein. Null Kundenservice. Nie wieder. Und ich bleibe jetzt auf den Garantiefall sitzen.

Als ruim vier weken antwoordt Alphascootz totaal niet op e-mails aangaande een defect van de e-bike van mijn zoon. Accu zit vast in het frame en komt niet meer los. Zeer ruim binnen de garantie is dit defect ontstaan.

In plaats van op deze website te bedanken voor reviews, kunnen ze beter de achterstand in e-mails wegwerken!

De kwaliteit van de fiets laat ook wel wat te wensen over. Aan de andere kant, daar is de prijs wellicht ook wel naar.
Verwacht geen top kwaliteit in ieder geval.
En zorg dat er een fietsenmaker in de buurt zit. Want als er iets mee is, geeft deze firma niet thuis.

I ORDERED A BYCICLE FROM WWW.ALPHASCOOTZ.EU, BUT AFTER 3 MONTHS, STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER AND NO INFORMATION FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS AND THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE. MEANS: MY MONEY IS GONE :(

In July i ordered (and i payed) a ebike from their website. They write that it takes 7 Days to be delivered.... But that is NOT true. Aphascootz is a very very very untrustful company.

I am still WAITING for a tracking number (while it is september now) and i am still waiting for their answers on my emails.
THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY ANSWER, AND I DON'T KNOW WHERE MY EBIKE IS!!??

This is a VERY BAD COMPANY, they have STOLEN MY MONEY. SO BETTER NOT BUY from them!!!! THEY ARE LIARS

I ordered August 6 2025 a FATBIKE, order number #alpheu42117, and it STILL DID NOT ARRIVE!!!! And it is now September 15...... and since August 6 also no TRACKING NUMBER has been send.

And they also not give any answer on our emails....
When you try to call them, they do not pick up the phone and the other phone number is not even working.

I payed for this fatbike EUR 1.949 and i WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! Because i dont think it will arrive......

APHASCOOTZ, maybe you will finally give an answer now????!!!!!

WHERE IS MY FATBIKE??

I ordered a scooter in May 2025. After 2 weeks I rang to chase my order as tracking hadn't been updated for 5 days. I finally received it after 3 weeks.

21 says after receiving the scooter it just stopped working. I called alphascootz as the charger was showing fully charged but it wouldn't turn on. I was told that I needed to check all the wires as there could be a loose connection. I do e all of this and sent all of the videos requested by the company.

I asked for a replacement scooter as I had only had it for 3 weeks and paid €500 for it just to be told that they dont give refunds or replacements.

I ended up taking the scooter to a shop who deals with e scooters and it is now September and they still cant find what the problem is. The shop have replaced different parts and still nothing is working.
I literally done about 45km on the thing!!
I have contacted alphascootz again and have w been ignored. No reply to my emails!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered an e scooter on 22.8.2025. And 5 days later not a single update on order. Order alpheu42590. They dont respond to emails. Update: after 5 days they told me that my e scooter will be picked up by the courier within the next 2 days.

I bought Boyueda s3-11 at Monday 18.08.2025 , today is Friday 22.08.2025. I didn't receive any information, only that the item been collected, no tracking code etc.

If I won't get any information today I will delete order.

Commande passée le 30 juillet, #alpheu41935 aujourd’hui 14 août, et toujours rien. J’ai contacté le support, et bien sûr, ils disent qu’il y a un retard. Mais ce retard devient long pour un stock en Europe. J’espère être bientôt livré et recevoir un code de suivi.

E-Bike bestellt, war nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Es wurde um Fotos gebeten, die gesendet wurden und bestätigt. Es wurde nicht kaufen, und um Retoureschein gebeten. Keine Antwort, außer witzlose Antworten gesendet. PayPal wurde eingeschaltet, und hat bis zum23.05.2025 keine Antwort erhalten

I made a purchase on May 4th. A few days later, I contacted the company to inquire about the status of my order. They informed me that the model I had requested was no longer available and that they could offer me another one (of higher value) at no additional cost. I accepted.

As the days went by, however, I did not receive a shipping code. I exchanged several emails with the company, and they told me that the package had already been shipped, but without providing any concrete proof. It was only on May 19th that I finally received the tracking code. In my opinion, the time it took to receive it was excessive compared to other online shopping experiences.

After a few days, the product arrived as expected and in excellent condition. However, I believe the company could do more to reassure customers in such situations, to avoid making them feel like they are being scammed. If communication is clear and transparent, even a longer wait can be accepted without any issues.

Now that I understand how the company operates, I would definitely purchase from them again, knowing it's not a scam and without being in a rush. My rating is based on the shopping experience, not the product quality.

commande passée le 13/03/2025 #alpheu34377 sur alphascootz.eu. La commande est sensée être envoyée sous 24 ou 48h maximum. Mais je ne reçois rien et lorsque j'envoie des mails ou appelle, personne ne réponds. J'ai perdu 800 euros en passant la commande!
Leur site pour soi-disant tracker notre commande est 17track.net, utilisé pour faire croire aux gens que le colis est en transit mais c'est également un faux site regardez les avis sur le net! Toutes les bonnes reviews sont fait par des faux profils. Ne commandez rien sur ce site!

Order places on saturday,now it's friday and my bike should be on it's way... but i don't get a tracking number. How can an order already be sent without a tracking number? It would be nice if i knew where he is today
