Very understanding retailer

Very understanding retailer. I changed my decision twice and was given a good service.
Received my refunds no problem got the bike I wanted all good.
I can highly recommend them

Bestelltes Fahrrad wurde nicht geliefert,.

Am 12.11. Falt e bike bestellt, am 22.11.per Mail nachgefragt, wo das bike bleibt. Am 26.11. Mail von Alphascootz, das das Geld zurÃŒck ÃŒberwiesen wird.
MerkwÌrdiges GeschÀftsgebaren.Das Fahrrad ist nach wie vor im Angebot.
Wollen anscheinend nichts verkaufen.
Nicht zu empfehlen !
Die untenstehende Antwort des Unternehmens ist glatt gelogen.Mir wurden keine Alternativangebote per Mail geschickt. Diese Antwort bestÀtigt definitiv, daß es sich um ein unseriöses Unternehmen handelt !!!

The model you bought is equipped with two power modes: 250W and 750W. When configured to the 250W mode and with the throttle disconnected, the bike complies fully with UK road-legal requirements.

Additionally, we have a clear disclaimer on our website regarding bike regulations. By purchasing and using our products, customers acknowledge their responsibility to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. Our company cannot be held liable for misuse or any legal consequences arising from non-compliance.

order part but did not arrive on stated time contacted Alpha scootz they said wait until tomorrow , did this still no part contacted again they stated Evri ( courier ) had lost it ? not impressed but to give Alpha scootz due another item sent out and part arrived in two days

Freedom revisited.

I'm disabled and have had problems with being bounced around by mobility scooters due to lack of suspension.
My Alphascoot is like riding on a bed of air due to the suspension and the balloon tyres.
It's giving me relatively painless freedom.
Love it, love it, love it.

Excellent Company and Customer Service.

Purchased two electric bikes from this company at a very competitive price.
Had ordered two higher powered bikes and didn’t realise it took a lot of trouble to get them legally licensed so rang the company back to change the order for the 250w electric bikes instead.
They were very helpful over the phone and suggested a more suitable option with a longer battery range which we agreed would be better for our use .
We choose the Hitway 10s foldable electric bikes 250w 48amp battery.
They delivered them very promptly in a couple of days and refunded the difference straight back to my account.
Very Happy with the service and help they provided with a prompt delivery service and excellent condition electric bikes. Would recommend this company to anyone interested in purchasing electric bikes with excellent customer service and support.

Scooter

On the 5/11/24 we ordered an Ienyrid Scooter for our son’s birthday. It arrived 4 days later on his birthday which was very good.

Unfortunately the charger did not work. We contacted customer service team who asked us to send a video to show it wasn’t working. They were very helpful and ordered us a new charger. The only thing was that it had to come from China so took a week, so our son was unable to use his scooter. However, despite the charger not working, communication was very good and they resolved our issue as soon as they could.

Absolutely Disgraceful Customer


Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service. I have been going back and forth for nigh on two weeks now as my samebike throttle is erratic to say the least, the brakes are horrendous and the pedal assist does not work. The thing is a deathtrap. What do I get from these guys in response. A video of a display for a completely different bine asking me to film the bike whilst in use! Talk about stupid and dangerous. And now no response. An absolute shambles top to bottom. Just give me my money back. £900 quid down the drain .
