New electric bike through cycle to work scheme, but peddal assist did not work. 10 weeks of emails back and forth asking me to take videos and pictures, then completely ignoring me. Had to get cycle to work involved, and eventually they sent a new sensor throgh the post and told me to fix it myself! Taking it to a local shop who will look at it for £20.

Iv been holding off of writing a review until I actually receive the scooter but this is now the second time I have been asked to leave a review so here goes. As of today I placed my order 6 days ago and still haven't received any dispatch confirmation or tracking information. I emailed them to enquire and was told to wait for tracking number. Alphascootz state on their website express fast shipping ... Our items are shipped within the UK via DHL, Parcel Force, DPD, UPS, FedEx, or Tuffnells Tracked. Our deliveries generally take 3-7 working days.

Orders placed after 12 pm will be sent on next working day unless we instruct you otherwise.

Items may be available to collect but please contact us to discuss this.

All items will be dispatched within 24 / 72 hours of purchase, though please note that orders will not be dispatched over the weekend.

IT'S BEEN 8 DAYS NOW AND STILL NOTHING. TRIED RINGING THE COMPANY AND THEY JUST DISCONNECT YOU. NO REPLY FROM EMAILS SO WILL NOW BE CONTACTING MY BANK, ACTION FRAUD UK AND TRADING STANDARDS.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY NOTHING BUT A SHAM

GOT A REPLY TODAY TO SAY THAT EVEN THO I GOT NO TRACKING NUMBER THE SCOOTER WAS LOST I TRANSIT.

I did not get the tracking number after the order.
I received your email, it was written in that, you will get your tracking ID in 2 days, but even after 5 days I have not received the tracking ID.
I called alpha scooters they said they don't have the tracking id and they also don't know how long the delivery will take.
This has been my worst experience with online patches with Alpha scootz.

Ich kann nichts sagen, sie haben mir geschrieben das sie umgezogen sind. Anfangs Schwierigkeiten, das ist normal. Die Bestellung wurde storniert und am gleichen Tag kam das Geld zurück. Danke für alles, vielleicht das nächste mal.👋👋👋

Its now Saturday, no tracking information provided...my sons birthday is on Tuesday and i dont know if his present will arrive on time. Terrible customer service service, our local shop (northampton) number not available, online service..well your talking to yourself! £899 i just hope iv nit been scammed !

Ordered Friday and it come the following Wednesday.fast deliver. First ride on the scooter today, and really happy with it. Got up to 38.5mph highly recommend this company.

Found it easy to get the right bike there was a lot to choose from without any hassle

Site nul j’ai commandé une trottinette électrique mardi . Sur le site il est marqué qu’elle serait envoyé sous 24 à 48 heures mai selle n’est toujours pas envoyé alors que nous sommes samedi et il ne répondent pas aux mails ni aux appels. Ce site est vraiment pas recommandable.

Run away!! It's been 11 days since I ordered my bike and I haven't received it. After 7 days I managed to get a tracking number and it doesn't work on the GEL carrier website. This site is a scam. I'm going to ask for a refund!!

É ai limiti della truffa, dato che sul sito comunicano che la consegna avviene entro 3-7 giorni.

Ich rate dringend vom Kauf bei dieser Firma ab. Es wurden Artikel angeboten und verkauft, die tatsächlich gar nicht verfügbar waren. Die Rückerstattung wurde massiv verzögert und konnte letztlich nur durch die Einschaltung von PayPal erzwungen werden. Ein derartiges Geschäftsgebaren ist inakzeptabel und äußerst kundenunfreundlich. Überlegen Sie es sich gut, bevor Sie hier bestellen – ich kann nur ausdrücklich warnen!

Ordered a £1200 e-bike online on 5th July after confirming via live chat that the item was in stock and available for shipping.

To date I’ve received 2 requests for feedback, 3 auto emails confirming they haven’t forgotten about my order and a further 2 live chats. Despatch was then promised by end of last week during chat 1 but this hasn’t happened. No response to chat 2 as yet and it appears a vital part of the pre order chat confirming stock levels and promising delivery within 7 days has now been deleted.

It’s unclear whether the item is in stock or not. I’m not confident the bike will be available anytime soon so I’m requesting a full refund so I can purchase from a reputable source. Disappointing!

Edit: 15th July. Refund was requested twice and denied as goods apparently shipped. Tracking info finally received on 17th and although paperwork has started the bike has not yet been shipped. Liars!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!! They sold me a faulty bike and refuse to refund it or replace the item. I’ve been going back and forth with them for 2 months now over email and phone. They’ve offered to send a new battery but I fail to understand how that will fix collapsed suspension, air bubble in hydraulics and brakes suddenly locking up and throwing me from the bike. I’m autistic and this is my only means on transport and now I’m having to jump through hoops with my bank to file it as a fraudulent payment. I highly advise you against buying anything from this company and they will happily take your money but refuse to help when things go wrong. The bike itself cost almost £1000 (£945) and I’ve spent over £200 in repairs and over £500 in travel where the bikes been out of order for weeks on end.

Good communication

A really poor experience so far. A week and a half from placing the order I have not received any evidence of dispatch, no tracking and Alphascootz have said they dent know when the delivery will be made. Their website says "free express delivery" which is clearly misleading. I've also received a holding email that says that they are changing warehouses and cannot help with anything for two weeks. I do not recommend this company.

The process is at a standstill, they keep writing the same thing over and over again that they can't process one order. I've been waiting for a week!👎👎👎

After waiting a long time to receive bike, it was scratched after weeks of trying to get them to exchange it, they agreed.
They received the return about two days ago but will not give any communication regarding the replacement bike.
