Do not buy from Alpha Smartphones
I bought a phone which was advertised as pristine, it was delivered with a fault with the volume key. That alone should be enough to make you think twice about using this company but it gets worse. They took weeks to fix the phone and now after a few more months of using this âpristineâ condition phone which has been kept in a case, the mic has stopped working so nobody can hear me talking. Alpha Smartphones are refusing to repair the phone. You may get a decent phone off them. But just know that if you get a bad phone, you will be stuck with it and that will be that. The sign of a good company is helping you when things go wrong, and admitting mistakes and rectifying them. This company does neither. I definitely would not buy from this company again.

Initially I was very disappointed as the battery died before all my data was loaded and I couldn't charge it. I returned the phone but had to wait a couple of weeks before it was returned. I realise the current circumstances make things difficult but I would have expected it to be usable when it was first sent.
