SCAM. I ordered two products in August 2024, never received anything; at first the company claimed to have sent the products, but they never produced any tracking number and eventually stopped replying. They have stolen $59.94 USD from me.
I have received a marketing email from pedalthemetal.com which seems like the same company - same product, same location, same site format. Based on quick google seacrch such company does not exist. Correct me if I am wrong.
I will happily correct my review if the company gets back to me and returns me my money.

They stole my money and never sent the product. There is no way to contact the business and it is clearly a scam. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered an item on December 20th, which has not arrived, and there has been no response to my inquiries.
Please look elsewhere

I have yet to receive my order placed on the 28th of January 2025 (it is now the end of September 2025). I have repeatedly reached out to Alpine Extreme via all of the avenues provided on their website, have sent multiple emails which included images of my order confirmation, and have gotten no response whatsoever.

This place is a scam. Don't order from them.

I too ordered the heart bike lights. Order placed on April 24, 2025. Today is August 24, 2025 — exactly four months later. Still no bike lights. Order #5824438. Numerous emails and their only response is the same original confirmation showing that the “Shipment is on its way”. Sure it is. Just like all the others complaining on here that this is a total SCAM. I have respectively requested a refund. No reply.

I ordered 3 items. They took the money. Never received any of the items.
You can’t reach them via mail. Automatic reply only. No answers.
BIG SCAM!

SCAM ALERT - they totally fooled me with their legit looking website and social media account. I’ve sent 3 emails inquiring about my order, name is Shelby Downs, order number #5814717, and I get the auto reply each time. They’ve STILL not reached out or responded. No tracking number, not shipping update, no reply. I placed my order on May 23rd. Sent my first follow up email on June 12th, so they can’t say any BS about only having 60 days to report an issue. I’ve followed up an additional 2 times and even sent a message via Instagram (which was not able to send because apparently the user doesn’t allow new messages). I’m so mad I didn’t check trust pilot before placing my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Similar to other reviews here, ordered the heart bike lights. 6 weeks later and no delivery. Two follow up emails with an auto reply. I have a tracking number via Shop which says it is still waiting details and mentions China Post. For a company based in Montana, why would that be the case? Seems sadly, this was a scam, very disappointing.

Same as the others. Ordered 2 heart bike lights over a month ago. I have emailed asking about my order and I receive the automated reply.
The responses to other trustpilot messages also seem very suspicious as they don’t respond to emails but they do respond to being called out and acting very sincere… this seems like a ploy to get people to believe their scam, which I’ll admit is scandalous but smart. If I receive my items I will take this review down but if you see it here in a month from now it means they are 100% a scam.

Suspect this is a scam. Avoid! Ordered 2x heart shaped tail lights almost a month ago. Order #5814762 was confirmed on purchase and then absolutely no contact or information received since. Have tried to contact them by email twice since seeking an update and just receive an auto reply saying they will be in contact within 24-48 hours… yet no contact received.

Ordered 31 May heart lights x 2 - received dispatched email 4 June. Emailed 16 June to gearup@ got 24 - 48 response auto reply. Received no reply in 24 - 48 hours. Sent email again on the 19th. Nadda. Emailed again 23rd. Still not received order #5814756. Looking more like a scam to me. Still no response to emails and not received what I purchased as at 30 June 2025. Messaged on FB nothing. Messaged on Instagram- doesn't accept messages. Asked on images. Nothing. All images have no comments visible - on Instagram and FB. Requested refund 30 June within their refund terms. No response

Ordered bike lights. Got a shipped email but they never arrived.
Didn't get a tracking number at the time so I had no idea how long they could possibly take to get to me.
Next thing I know I recall I purchased them and it was 3 months later, but never got them. Never got a confirmation that they delivered.
My bad for buying something off Facebook.
Was offered a discount code, can we say baiting, and not replacement of my order.

Yep i got scammed too. Ordered two heart lights. Paid. Never recieved goods. Enquired after a while was assured they were posted... but recieved no tracking or postal information... not happy.

In response to their reply. I did email them and made contact to ask about the parcel and tracking etc.. they acknowledged my email in December last year and said that they re sent the parcel. However I never recieved any emails about tracking or postal process at all and now they claim because its past 60 days they dont have any responsibility to this. As you can read on other comments from other victims of this company. It's the same scenario.
Their version of a resolution is that its no longer their problem.

Granted time has passed but I'm a busy single mum and I forgot until the other day when I was fixing my bike. I never recieved any tracking or postal information.. I've checked my spam and all email. their argument is lazy.

I think this company is a scam. I ordered bike lights 12 weeks ago, haven't received them, emailed twice to ask about delivery and heard nothing back. To Alpine Extreme who don't believe me - my order for two HeartGlo pros was placed on Feb 23, number 5814055. I have sent two follow up emails from my primary email, which is different from the one I used to post this review. I'm already concerned that I used my primary email and visa card to place an order with you, so I wasn't going to use the same primary email again. If you're sincerely a real company you will look up my order number and contact me directly.

Ordered heart bike lights nearly a month ago, took payment and never received order or heard back when I tried to ask about my order.

As noted in other reviews this is a scam company. Ordered item, they processed my payment. Never shipped item. Never replied to emails. Phone is disconnected. Slick marketing on Facebook to lure you in with deals.

Jeg tror, det er er fupfirma. Bestilte en pakke for 2 måneder siden, og har ikke fået den. Jeg får kun autosvar på mine mails til dem om, at de henvender sig inden for 24 timer, men hører aldrig fra dem.

I think it is scam company. Ordered a package 3 months ago and have not received it. I only get auto-replies on my mails to them saying they will get back to me within 24 hours, but never hear from them.
