This is fraud. Cheap Chinese Shit product. I can buy an equivalent make at our pharmacy for $2 . We had the same experience with Temu and Shein. The glasses are not bi-focal. They don’t ask you for the strength for your eyes but rather your age. It’s poorly packaged in a small plastic carrier bag . You still have to pay customs for this product. They don’t deliver it to your door but to a post office far away from you. We cannot wear this shit . Someone should ban all these Chinese Site . We will never buy online again no matter what . I hope that Donald Trump will bomb these Chinese scammers into oblivion.

Its a scam they don't send the bought item (smartglasses) but a cheaper model. They don't react om n my mails or internal complains

I ordered 2 x multifocal technology spectacles from then the 12 December 2025 , one month later, I emailed Alpine wear for a refund, as the tracking continues to show stuck in China . They requested all the information for a refund which never happened. I gave up, knowing I will not get a refund. The 10 th February 2026 I received a notice " Package out for delivery"

The spectacles was poorly wrapped, and had scratches on the horrible plastic lenses. The quality is worse than toy spectacles from a toy shop . According to the advert it is suppose to change color when outdoors , and adjust to your eyes whether far or near sighted. What I got and what they advertised is 1000 % different.
To return the spectacles from South Africa is not viable, because this is not a trustworthy company. Be aware to purchase anything from them

Absolute rubbish everything is blurry and the quality is rubbish as well. You can buy better from a $2 junk shop. And it took nearly 3 month's for them to arrive. Definitely do not waste your money.

Scammers
Just they send normal reading glasses just worth £1 pound from local shops . They can’t fit even star catagery . Don’t buy anything even free of charge because still you have throw in bin better see your optician and get right prescription.

Brought two pairs of the multi-focal visionsync glasses. Did NOT work in any multi-focal capacity and were a complete waste of money. Because I think people are actually asking the question of if multifocal glasses can work, the answer is yes, but you have to get them from an optometrist and they are calibrated for you specifically.

Complete rubbish. I ordered multifocal glasses and got the cheapest version of something like fix 3+ glasses. CHF 28.- wasted!

Total fraud !! Not multifocal glasses as announced! I got just the cheapest version of a plastic reading Glasses with +4 add that you could find in temu or aliexpress for 3 euro.Absolutely useless! Arrived after 14 days and in a light plastic envelope almost smashed during the transport. I requested reimbursement of the 30 euro paid for the order.

Wish I’d checked Trustpilot first! Utter crap. Avoid!

Köpte glasögon,6/1 2026 och fick dem i brevlådan 19/1 kontaktat dem både support och butik velat skicka tillbaka glasögonen men inget svar, har skickat sen jag fick glasögonen dagligen i minst 3 veckor om hur jag skickar tillbaka glasögonen eller få en retur QT kod och att de ska betala tillbaka pengar till mitt kort, men inget händer, mc card vill inte betala tillbaka över 509kr så sjuk värld. Dessutom låg de i plast och i ett tunt kuvert inget fodral som på bilden

I bought a pair of glasses. Arrived on time. My 1st shock was to see they arrived in a plastic bag, no box or paper. 100% plastic and do not follow at all what they advertise. You can’t use them to read neither to look from far. I can buy chinese glasses in the corner of my house for € 5.00 and the quality is much better. Totally FAKE, it’s a fraud. The “company” sent to me many emails before the glasses arrived. Once I rcvd them , the “company” dissapeared. My fault, I should have read the commets before buying.

You can buy this from Temu for 4 £ so it's a fraud it is the same

This company pretends to be very supporting - but they are not honest at all !
I bought glasses from them which were described as "magic" and very special - the truth is that these glasses are lowest standard which you can buy on markets for 2€ - THEY expect 15-20 times more !
There is absolutely NOTHING which is "special" or even a little better then the common glasses.

Additionally they do not deliver in the time they pretend - I#ve been waiting for weeks.

This kind of cheating seems to be a new method of scam - please be warned and do not give them a chance !

21go.12.25 I paid €30 for glasses that I still haven't received. I sent them a ton of emails and nothing. Some bot named Emily Carter, pretending to be from this company, is telling me there's no such thing no impact on refund. Thieving company, that's all..

This company is a SCAM! The glasses are just terrible. Just a piece of glass in a frame! I have been conned and I feel so stupid that purchased these glasses!! There is no customer service just automated replies saying g the same thing over and over again! I have raised this with PayPal so hopefully I will get my money back! PayPal needs to stop this company using there name because when you see PayPal you automatically think it’s a reputable company. So let’s see if the PayPal guarantee actually works! Fingers crossed.

A TOTAL SCAM! In addition to false ads, very slow delivery time (16 days), useless products, their checkout procedure does not allow for checking one's order befor paying, and I looked at a couple of other colours on glasses - and got THREE PAIRS OF TOTALLY USELESS GLASSES CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD. I immediately sent them an email titled NO NO NO!! I got no feedback before I told them that I had published a posting on facebook and made it public to the world to read... then they started a merry go round, shuffling me around between a couple of very similar email addresses, asking me to send my complain to the other email address! This is what their contact person wrote to me yesterday - after like 10 emails from me....
