Can I give this fraud scams ZERO star? They took my money with scam & eye wear never ended my home. Plz google before buying anything online.

6 weeks to deliver, incorrect spec. Disappointing look and feel.
Not worth returning or debating. Disappointing

Very cheap product and online scammers who don’t respond to your comments. Please do not shop from here. They use hitech videos to attract customers and as everyone else have mentioned here, you’ll get cheap Alibaba products for X10 times price. This website should be banned.

I ordered 3 pairs costing Rs=7500/ pair from their website considering that it will be as described in website listings “Self adaptive multifocal glasses” a new feature glasses but, what I received after a long waiting of about one & half month I was shocked & gravely disappointed by the quality of these glasses. The third class cheap glasses which I received are available on “Chinese Temu app” in Rs750 each.

The glasses delivered were not the glasses I purchased. They were also incredibly cheaply made, bent upon arrival and torn damaged from poor manufacturing quality. The return policy gives 12 days to return an item, but the return instructions are not provided. They say to contact the store for instructions, but they will not reply to your attempts to reach them.

Alpinewearshop is either a scam or joke. Either way, they will take your money and send you complete junk.

This company is a disaster. Don’t buy from here. I bought something and can’t return it as they are not responding to my emails so I am unable to create a return.

Unacceptable customer service and lack of communication.
I paid for my order #13639 on December 28, 2025, and to this day I have received no update at all regarding my purchase.

I have sent multiple emails attempting to contact Alpine Wear and have not received a single response.

Keeping a customer’s money for weeks with zero communication is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this company, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Alpine Wear.

This is a scam site from China. I did not get my superman glasses. I got one response to an email. They mentioned a vague delivery and then nothing. In the end I gave up on them and put this down to a bad experience.
My advice about this site advertising similar products - keep your money don't fall for this scam.

Total scam. Rubbish. I reported them to Google bit to no avail.

It's been well over a month since I've ordered items from Alpine Wear (16 Dec 2025). Haven't received anything. The tracking link does not work and several emails went unanswered.

UPDATE: Item eventually received 2 February 2026. Cheap product. Not as advertised. Practically as useful as the 5 euro version you buy at the mall.

The pair of glasses doesn't allow me to read my mobile. The package was marked as delivered but didn't arrive. and even when I asked for return, they send a new pair. When I tried them and they didn't work for me... they told me that I can return it... but until now I am waiting for the return process. They tried to lie to me about the business promise to deliver them in a week. Resumen: all wrong with this company. Don't trust them.Order #3391

This is a scam, paid 35 USD for a piece of a shitty plastic, arrived in a plastic bag, but, I did put them on just to see if the lenses work, I didn't see anything and very blurry

They send just very cheap glasses and they dont work.
Contact and refund is not possible.
I start a procedure with lawyer because this is criminal.
Dont buy nothing from Alpine Wear.

Bunch of cowboys, supply £1 reading glasses when I ordered Varifocals, and ask to email a different address for the correct order.
THe glasses and frames are cheap shite and arrive in standard "Temu" plastic bag without any protective case or box. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Ordered the glasses online, arrived a few weeks later, delivered from China . Cheap nasty glasses that are certainly not worth the money , one pair was 3.5 and other pair was 3 . If I wanted to buy these from another Chinese on line shop they would have been a quarter of this price. Tried contacting them by email 4 times , no reply

This is a huge scam.I already paid on the 29 th of November but I haven't received my glasses.

I received the autofocus glasses from Alpine wear. I ordered sometime in December they literally gave me out of focus and I fell down. There is no address to return them and they were $50 so it's best to flag your credit card immediately

I've sent them numerous emails on how to return these fake glasses, still no reply!!! Really not happy at all! I'll get them, no worries! People stay clear from those scammers!!..police have been notified 😡

These glasses are poor quality and not varifocal. Only use is for cheap pair of reading glasses so stick to a pair from a supermarket is my assessment
