It was...fine but not confidence affirming

My new account manager was not able to answer very basic questions.

I went to update via my previous portal and I was informed that I needed to make a new log in for a new system. I do not believe I have ever gotten any notice that this change was happening until I needed to renew.

The renewal process had a number of bugs including typos and a system that would not allow for me to adjust any changes in the nature of my practice. The system as a whole was clunky and un-intuitive.

Customers were notified regularly for several months ahead of the transition, but we understand that changes can still feel unexpected—especially at renewal time.
