This was perhaps the best transfer service I’ve had. Easy to find them at the airport, good vehicles, all on time, friendly and sensible drivers, very happy to help with bags and finding the chalet location (which we struggled with on the way out).

Booked transfer from Geneva airport to Flaine via snowcompare site. Good value, punctual, polite drivers and good communication. Would use again and recommend.

All was good although would have liked more notice of the pickup time on the return journey. I ended up chasing for a time, but only received a message to say the time had been changed, but I never received a message to say what the original time was! Good quality vehicles however, and friendly drivers who were able to speak our native language.

Paul collected us at the airport and kept in touch with us as we negotiated the long passport control queue. Delightful, helpful and fun on the journey up with a great playlist. Oskar took us back and managed all our luggage and 2 small children with ease, delightfully friendly and thoughtful. Can’t fault the reliability of Alpy or the drivers. Would definitely recommend, reasonably priced too.

After many mixed transfer experiences when booking through comparison sites we were lucky to get Alpy this year. Reino the driver was excellent. Safe, polite and knowledgeable. Also happy to to have stop for the kids on what was a long transfer. Will book direct with alpy next year.

Excellent transfer from Val D'Isere to Geneva

Our driver Leo F communicated clearly a couple of days before checking pick up and location (our chalet can be hard to find). He arrived on time, he was polite, drove carefully and got us to Geneva feeling safe and relaxed. Van seemed quite new and comfortable. Can fully recommend

Good communication from the driver. Picked up from Geneva Airport and taken directly to the apartment near Avoriaz. Return transfer excellent as well.
We had a private transfer which we booked via lifts-to

Both drivers for collection and departure were friendly and helped with all the luggage.
We had to wait 5- 10 mins for our driver at the airport however we where able
to communicate with them as they had sent us a text message.
The car was very clean for both journeys and the driver on departure was very prompt and we arrived with lots of time to the airport. Would definitely use them again

Unfriendly driver, aggressive driving, seemed to be in a hurry, seemed to not like the idea of ​​a stop in the middle of a 3 hour journey, stopped at a McDonald's despite us showing our displeasure. He gave us 10 minutes and if we were late he would charge 25 euros. upon arrival at Geneva airport he left us on floor -6 and simply didn't say goodbye and disappeared. If that driver worked for me he would be fired immediately at that moment. Alpy should be much more careful in selecting his drivers.

It was a good experience going from Val Thorens to Geneva this year with Alpy. Will use again.

Our private transfer from Geneva to La Plagne was on a day when chaos descended on the French roads due to a rockslide completely closing the main route into the Ski areas. Alpy were fantastic at keeping us informed of the situation and working with us to find options. They gave us great advice and changed times and locations for transfer’s to fit in with our plans as the situation was constantly changing. Their dispatcher and allocated drivers remained in direct contact with us and adapted to our requests with no problems. It’s when these unexpected situations arrive that you really find out how good a company and their employees are. Alpy was just exceptional and I cannot recommend them strongly enough.
Thank you so much Alpy, you really saved us from what could have been a pretty bad experience.
