Ordered a products 2 months ago, no shipping information received, product never arrived, Alt never responded to any of my emails. Do not recommend! This is a SCAM!

Alt Customs is a Big fat SCAM, customer service is non-existent, and they never shipped out my order, emailed them maybe 3 times within the past week with no response, basically left me in the dark.
I ended up doing chargeback dispute claim with my Discover card and got my money back almost immediately.

Note to self never by anything advertised on Facebook again 😂

Shipping took far too long for what ended up being a very mediocre mouse pad. The customer service was extremely disappointing and unhelpful throughout the process. When the mouse pad finally arrived, the back was covered in stains, and it had a strong, unpleasant odor right out of the package.
Overall, this was a complete waste of both my time and money. To make matters worse, I still haven't received any resolution to these issues despite reaching out. I would not recommend this product or the company based on my experience.

I placed my order for a new keyboard on April 6th, and two months later, I have zero shipping info, nor has anyone answered the 10 emails I've sent asking where my order is

The product is very good, I love my my mousepad and especially my keycaps but they took two months to ship which is not a deal breaker but is something to consider.

Don't even order from them from the time I placed my order it took about 1 month and when it did arrive it came in wrapped in some green paper ehile all of the keys are thrown into the bad not even properly secured thry also have terrible quality they dont even clean the edges properly. but before my order was shipped i tried to cancel but they dont respond to their emails its not worth trying. You're better off ordering on aliexpress or Amazon at least then you'll have customer support.

I recently ordered a custom keyboard from Alt Customs for my child (under 18), who was excited about the flashy custom options advertised on their site and social media.

Weeks passed with no shipping update, no tracking information, and complete radio silence despite multiple emails sent to their support address. No replies, no automated responses—nothing. Attempts to reach out through any other channels (social media DMs, contact form) were also ignored.

The product page and marketing heavily target younger gamers and kids with bright RGB setups and "custom pro gear," which feels especially predatory when orders simply vanish.

The only time I received any response was after initiating a chargeback through my credit card company. Suddenly, an email arrived confirming cancellation—but only because the dispute forced their hand. No apology, no explanation, and the refund process dragged on unnecessarily.

This appears to be a pattern based on numerous similar complaints online (Reddit threads, Trustpilot 1-star reviews, BBB reports) where orders go unfulfilled, communication is nonexistent, and chargebacks are the only way to recover money.

It's unacceptable, especially when marketing appeals to minors who may not understand dispute processes.
I strongly advise against purchasing from altcustoms.com. Save your money and go with established mechanical keyboard vendors that actually ship products and respond to customers.

I ordered 22nd of October 2025 came 14th of January 2026 when I made a complaint about it they didn't come back and all I was getting was the ai bot I was very disappointed with the keyboard and lack of communication

Horrible! I never received my order. I’ve contacted them several times and received no response. They are thieves!

Fraud. Not delivering an order. No response.

Wish I had read this site first. This is a scam site. Ordered from them; waited 3.5 weeks and never got an out for delivery notice. Wrote them twice over 2.5 weeks and never received a response. Finally initiated a cancel through my credit card and then received an email saying the order had been cancelled (but not yet refunded). They must expect people to just give up and miss out on cancelling/refund. They clearly had no actual intent to send the keycaps or mousepad we ordered. What a scam. The site should be shut down.

Warning to anyone thinking about buying from this place,It’s honestly not safe to buy here. Their customer support is basically nonexistent everything feels automated, and you never get any real help. You might be lucky if they answer you once, but even then, they clearly don’t care about solving your problem. They take your money and leave you hanging. Horrible experience stay away from this place.

SCAM WATCH OUT. They will take your money and never give you the keyboard. All reviews on the page are fake and you can not post your own reviews. Go on to other review sites and they are like all 1 star. There discord is dead because people keep going there to ask about orders and they ban them. The owner took down his twitch profile because so many people calling him out. The numbers on the site don't work and they never reply to emails. Got a discord mod to help me but even then he was a mean the whole time and didn't care. I reported this to my bank. Talk with your wallet guys these people will keep doing this until banks block them from taking payments!

I ordered a keyboard 4 months ago and it hasn't came yet. I sent multiple emails and tried to call. Watch out guys this is a scam!!!!

The price of the keyboards are completely over priced 109£ the keyboard is made out of plastic, you can't change any of the switches and the butten wobble i think for what you get there are way better keyboard out dear that sound and feel and are made with got materials the paint of the keyboard is already fading with not even a year of use.

I ordered a keyboard on May 2, 2025 and I have not received it. I have attempted to email them and ask on their social media pages with no response. The phone number listed on their page is a non working phone number. They had no issue running my credit card for payment , which is sad because my 12 year old used his money to buy the keyboard. They scammed a 12 year old.
Update: I filed a dispute with my bank due to ongoing inability to get in contact with Alt Customs. Once I filed the dispute, Alt Customs finally responded to my emails. They stated that their keyboard supplier shipped out supplies to them on May 23rd and they would let me know when my order was completed and shipped. I received another email from them stating that since I filed a dispute and a chargeback was requested, the only way to move forward was for me to remove my dispute with my bank. I then stated if they could give me a definitive ship date for my order I had no issue contacting my bank. Their response to this was that their supplier shipment had not been received yet (2 weeks later) and since the chargeback was initiated it was too late to move forward. Supposedly a refund was issued by Alt Customs but I have yet to see it.
I would be very cautious on ordering anything from them/ I learned my lesson and sadly my 12 year old was scammed out of his money.
