The sleeves look awesome! The quality is great, and the customer support is AMAZING! Their support team went above and beyond to make sure that my order got to me after some shipping issues. Would absolutely recommend shopping from them!

I sent an email this morning and they responded in just a couple hour. Apparently my shipping got lost somewhere so they will send a new one. Thank you Dylan!

I contacted customer support about some sleeves that had an alignment issue. I had intended to purchase replacements if they were available, but after seeing images of the sleeves I had I was given a replacement free of charge!

I ordered two sets of sleeves. The first package arrived but the second got lost. Targa as AlterSleeves went above and beyond in terms of customer service. They are literally the best customer service people in any business. And the product! Omg, Ricky Thomas designed Door of Destinies hello! Absolutely superb and just fit perfectly over the card.

It was a very pleasant experience. Very swift response and my issue was taken care of no questions asked. AMAZING!!!

Got into a confusing situation but the aftersales team was great.
Everything got fixed in about an hour.

There was a slight mistake in my order however the team at Alter Sleeves rectified it superbly by offering me an amazing promo code on my next order! This is why I come back!

Great company!
Supports MtG content creators and stands behind their product. One of my sleeves was dominantly white, and as such the card behind showed through; they offered me an exchange or refund- that's good customer service.

I emailed support about the status of my order. I knew about a delay but didn't hear anything for weeks after that announcement.

Dylan answered my support request and explained the situation, to which I totally understood; case closed.

Now here's where it gets good.

A week later, Dylan emails me-they just packaged my order and shipped it. I was like, "Dang! I didn't ask for this..." But you know what? I super appreciated it.

The gesture goes far beyond my expectations for customer service and is nothing short of exemplary. Dylan, I hope your manager reads this and gives props where they're due.
